Best homemade comfort food, which is by far healthier than most other places. The staff are super kind. Feels like eating at your grandma or aunt’s home, but even better since it feels you’ve traveled abroad on a trip to South America and have found your long lost family. The food is as good as the people. My new favorite go to place for a hardy and home made meal.

I had jury duty across the street and discovered this place. Absolutely a gem. I’ve eaten here every day on break from the jury duty so far. The owner is so friendly and personable and jumps to help you whenever you may need it, even when it’s packed around lunchtime. It seems like everyone runs here and for good reason. The food is delicious!

This place is AWESOME. Very clean and nice looking inside when you walk in. I’m the type to always get the same thing when I know it’s good, and let me tell you, the Chicken Lunch Special is GREAT!! Honestly probably the best chicken I’ve ever had. Reminds me of boston market taste but just better. I’m sure anything at this place would be great this. Seriously everything about this meal is awesome though, the ckn, the salad, the rice. Literally all the best. If you are looking for amazing Peruvian food this is a must try restaurant! Absolutely authentic and delicious! Ms. Vero is so welcoming. You truly feel like family the moment you walk in. I don’t live in the area but travel over an hour just to eat there…that is how good the food is! It is a must try if you are in the neighborhood or even if you are not a local like me and willing to travel for good food!

I usually don’t write too many reviews online about businesses. But this deli really rocks, and certainly earned my business and respect. I discovered this place while on Jury Duty at the County Court across the street. I immediately fell in love with the food. Although I live not so closed to this area, but I’ve decided to come back with family because of the fantastic home cooking. Now my whole family are fans. Don’t trust my words, just try it yourself.

This is a great family owned deli, very cozy and warm. I have been going here since they opened. The quality of the breakfast sandwiches and their lunch specials is superb. Highly recommend their rotisserie chicken lunch special.

I have tried a couple of dishes. The jalea and the chicken combo. Also the ceviche. My husband is Peruvian and we have found this place to be one of the best for Peruvian food. We found everything to be pretty fresh. Prices are also very moderate. Staff is also friendly.
