They were friendly from the moment we walked in until we walked out! The food was the best Mexican cuisine I’ve had in a while. I wish I would’ve taken pictures before we started eating, but the portions are generous and we couldn’t finish our plates. I highly recommend the chimichanga and my husband loved the shrimp torta. We will definitely be back!

With a humble appearance on the outside, this restaurant is a not-quite-hidden gem for those going through the area (it’s only about 4 minutes off I-40) and locals alike. On the inside, it has a more relaxed atmosphere compared to other Mexican-style restaurants around here, but it doesn’t take away from its authenticity at all. A note: bring a big appetite. The meals here (especially during dinnertime) are generous and are likely to feed multiple people while the prices are excellent for the amount served.

We eat here every taco Tuesday, wonderful people run this small place come out and support them, prices are great and very fair please be generous and leave a decent tip for them because they are very friendly and service us very well! the restaurant wasn’t busy whatsoever and I don’t understand why he was that rude? he informed me my original server left, totally makes sense to let me know, but then said I can “sleep there all night” if I wanted to? why the temper tantrum?
