I recently visited La Peda and had a great experience! The wings were good, but the rice was the standout dish. It was very flavorful and the portion was great. The service was also top-notch; the staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend La Peda to my friends.

I’ve been here several times in the last month. It doesn’t look like much so my expectations were low initially, but literally every dish I’ve had has been great, from tacos to burgers to even their teriyaki chicken. They also have some of the best fries I’ve ever tried and the micheladas are on point. I always have the same waitress who is extremely attentive & ALWAYS on the move. The food is out quick even when the place is packed. My only complaint is that the music is really loud sometimes but I figure other customers must like it hence why they do it. All in all I would highly recommend this place.

La Peda translates to Shame or Pity in English, I think that name is so clever bc you may just be ashamed by how fast you finish your food. The flavors in my simple vege fried rice were so delicious, the rice was cooked perfectly and had at least three different vegetables in it with egg! The wings were so crispy yet moist to the bite. My waitresses were absolutely gorgeous too, which is nothing to complain about at all. I recommend 5/5

Well were do I start…This place just opened close to work and I drive by it on my way home. Decided to stop by for lunch. Now I lived in San Diego for several year (home of the best Mexican food), so I have high standards for mexican food especially tacos. La Peda did the one thing no other local taco shop as been able to do, and that is make a proper street taco. The carne asada tacos were incredible. The meat was favorable and the topping were simple onion and cilantro just as it should be. I will definitely be back again. 10/10 recommend!!

Wings and miches are delicious. Unfortunately service was horrible. The waitress never stopped to check on us, we always had to flag her down even though there were only like 4 other tables. I usually don’t write reviews since I’ve worked in the service industry for years but to top it off, the server got a $24 tip off us. Not because we purposely left her $24, the service was good enough for like 10% barley. We left her 20% because like I said, I worked in the industry and never leave less than 20% regardless of the service. Later we realized she had charged us 15% gratuity and did not even let us know. Definitely will not be back and even though the wings are delicious, I do not recommend it to anyone else due to how horrible the service was! So dishonest and horrible service.
