Very happy we decided to give this taco truck a try. We got one of each of the street tacos, a quesadilla plate, and quesabirria. Everything we ordered tasted amazing but the quesabirria was the best. We will definitely be back.

Best tacos in Muncie!!!!!
The quesabirras were out of the world tender, full of flavor and just the perfect amount of meat and cheese. fresh cilantro and some lime juice…. mmmmm mmmm!
Husband had the asada quesadilla and the meat was tender, guacamole was so fresh and tasty!!
Friend did the street tacos and said all 3 kinds were delicious, flavorful and tender.
Highly recommend them, we will be regulars!!

AMAZING! I can’t imagine making such great street tacos in a food truck yet somehow all 4 of the tacos La Patrona offers are brimming with flavor while still having a very meat forward profile that’s not smothered by sauce or dry rub.
