While out on a delivery, I stumbled upon La Patrona, a Mexican bakery that instantly drew me in with its incredible aroma. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with the sweet scent of freshly baked treats and warm smiles from the friendly staff. Their selection is impressive. Everything from soft donuts and rich cakes to fresh bread and traditional cookies. Each item looks like it was made with care and love. You can tell this place takes pride in its baking. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. La Patrona is definitely a spot worth visiting.

I am from Spain, and this was my first time trying a Mexican bakery, and I had the conchas… and honestly, they completely stole my heart (and my appetite).
I walked in just out of curiosity and walked out with that dangerous mix of happiness and cravings you only get when something is made with real care. The concha was soft and fluffy, not heavy at all, and the sugary topping was just right. Sweet, but not overwhelming.
If you’re in the area and want to treat yourself to something different, stop by and try the conchas. I already know this won’t be my last visit.
¡Viva Mexico!

I’ve been to this bakery 2 times since November and I absolutely love their selection of their wide variety of tasty treats. From donuts to cakes, they have it all including a delicious mouth watering Flan and a yummy Horchata that you must get a cup minimum. Too bad they’re over 45 minutes away otherwise I’ll stop by weekly I’m sure but anyone driving near by, this is a must visit spot for sure. Small but full of delish goodies!!!

Great selection of bread, I like how they had it organized. It’s been a couple of years since I was here and the display, how they have it organized was a great improvement. The breads have great taste.

Delicious fresh baked Mexican pastries conchas, maranitos. As a Tejana, I can say the pan dulce here is authentic. The cortaditos (small coffee) were delicious. Highly recommend this stop for travelers to/from the Florida Keys.

Authentic Mexican bakery but get there early. It’s obvious the locals love it, the shelves were down to a minimum. The “conos rellenos” were fantastic! Delicious filling and flaky dough. Looking forward to our next visit.
