I was just passing by looking for Mexican food and we really recommend the Mulitas and tacos of this place! Those are hand made at the moment with a thin crust of cheese inside and they made it with a blue corn dough! simply delicious! One is enough for one person. The chicken one and the asada are the best!. Also the pastor Torta had a very good taste! Come everyone and enjoy!

I’ve visited a few times now and the food and service are always fantastic. I’d say my favorite is the tacos Al pastor and the guacamole, but the asada, barbacoa, and fish tacos are all delicious, too. They even have a barbacoa ramen on weekends that my kids love.

I stopped here on a whim and I am so glad I did! I’ve never had mula and the chef (and owner I believe) explained it to me so I gave it a try. Another great decision. It was incredibly flavorful and you can tell they use good ingredients. The service was also great! I got some tacos to go for my husband who is from the area and he was really impressed by the flavors. I am already planning my next visit to Little Village around returning to La Patrona! I highly recommend it!!

One of the best quick service Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. I had the Asada Mula and it was so flavorful. Seriously amazing and everyone that was with me loved their meal as well. Very affordable prices. The food would be enough to rave about but the service brings this place to another level. The server Daphne went above and beyond and was one of the friendliest most attentive servers I’ve ever encountered. The food was amazing but her service puts this place on another level.

Attentive staff definitely reminds me of locales in Mexico. The brunch menu is all savory. There are not any sweets.
Food was delicious cleanly presented. It is BYOB and would definitely come again.

This was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, including in Mexico. We tried the tacos and mula napolitos and chilaquiles with mole and scrambled eggs. The owner explained everything to us, and it was all delicious and obviously made with care. The mole and the salsas had very complex flavors. I have to say, everything was very spicy, so, if you prefer your food milder, let them know.
The restaurant looks small from the outside, but, inside, it’s very spacious and very clean.

Third time eating here and the food is always amazing. They have a variety of salsas and they’ve all been delicious. It’s hard to find a place where more than one salsa is good. Their al pastor and birria tacos are very good. Also tried the al pastor and birria mulas, very good as well. They have homemade blue tortillas. Always freshly prepared chips, excellent customer service. Definitely eating here again.

This place is fantastic. Every dish is executed perfectly with great textures and so much flavor layered into each bite. Excellent tacos, burritos and mulitas, and don’t sleep on the chilaquiles for brunch on the weekend (they’re my favorite in the city). Very kind and passionate owner and it clearly shows in the food. 5/5 for me all day!

La Patrona really hit the spot! I ordered the carne asada torta along with rice and beans on the side. The torta was fresh, flavorful, and loaded just right, and the rice and beans were seasoned perfectly. Definitely worth coming back!
