Cute affordable place to eat. The pupusas are on of the best I’ve tried in Dallas. I drive here from Carrollton just for their pupusas. They are always fresh made with enough filling and not just masa. Salsa and curtido are so good I’ve never had anything better. I definitely recommend !

I hate to do this. As I love to support family businesses But I was not impressed with the food, The service, or the atmosphere here. The wait was very long. The place smelled like a mix of sour and sewage and the food was not very good.
We had the pupusas revueltas, the filling was dry and unflavorful.. we ordered all revueltas but one was accidently loroco. We got para llevar so I didn’t know til I was home. I usually love loroco and am the only one in my family who does. But this one tasted how the veggies you find in the back of your fridge at the end of the week smell. Just bad. We also ordered the empanadas de plantanos. And they were fine enough. They’re con leche which I was expecting queso.( There’s no description) Anyway they were ok. I like mine with cinnamon there’s no cinnamon so they’re a bit bland. We probably won’t be back here.

The food? Incredible. You can truly taste the love and care put into every bite—handmade, fresh, and absolutely bursting with flavor. Just like their East Dallas location (yes, this is their second spot—definitely worth checking out too!), this place delivers on every level.

I was a bit disappointed in this one. I invited a coworker to eat some pupusas. The worker was stocking the cooler with drinks when we walked in. Didn’t acknowledge us….. no problem. The cook finally came by and made a comment of” He’s just gonna ignore them?” No problem….. I’m here for pupusas!!! We ordered revueltas with cheese/pork and cheese/chicken. There was plenty meat but hardly any cheese. The masa was a bit dry and flavorless. The chicken tamales were ok but nothing special. Curtido and salsa were ok. Overall, it was very underwhelming. Can’t say I’ll return.

We’ve ordered before and decided to eat here again. Went to place order and waited for 20 minutes. That’s fine as it was picking up and I understand. But what I didn’t appreciate is the man up front completely ignoring us and wouldn’t help us when we then wanted a drink. Proceeds to pick up the phone in middle of us asking and then goes to the back and then comes back not saying a single word n we then have to ask him again for the drink. He then rings it up n walks away once paid and we still thank him and nothing from him. Customer service should always be a priority to paying customers in your face! There was 2 customers there n we were one of them so I don’t understand why not speak a single word? Bad service not appreciated!
