Very dissatisfied! As a long -time customer, I ordered a chicken salad box (a previous favourite of mine). Staff couldn’t communicate well at all, only speaking Spanish. The serving of chicken was measly compared to before and spinach was going black. Over everything, the price has doubled from previous. This was previously £6.80 and is now £12.90. Disappointed does not describe this experience at La Parrilla on the go.

Our meal was a disaster. We ordered from the delivery partner app and the photos of the food on the app looked delicious. However, our food looked nothing like the pictures. Our meals came without vegetables and our “sweet potato wedges” were far from the wedges on their picture. Rather, they were thin soggy discs of sweet potato. To top it off, they charged over £6 for a protein smoothie made of spinach, chia seeds, almond butter, vanilla protein powder and berries etc. The drink that was delivered to us tasted of banana milk and came in a half filled bottle. It was also warm. Please see the photos of the “protein smoothie” that was delivered Vs what is advertised on their page for the ultimate laugh. It is physically impossible for that drink to contain spinach, chia seeds or berries. And no explanation for the banana taste. Happy to pay over £6 for a drink full of notoriously expensive ingredients (as it should have been). But not happy to pay £6 for a warm, half full bottle of banana milk. Will be pushing for a full refund.

TERRIBLE! Asked for the Mix Grilled Meat and got BOILED, microwaved, tasteless dry “meat”, completely covered in dirty cheap oil that made my stomach sick instantly.
The place is also filthy, covered in grease all over the walls, counter, floors and pretty much anything you can see and touch is dirty.

Mixed feelings. They started well, serving fresh and healthy meals, nice service etc. Later on few occasions I was served food that was off. It got worse.. ordered something some time later and it was ok but it’s definitely not what it used to be.
