I have been to the food truck multiple times since they opened. I grew up eating this kind of food as my mom’s boyfriends was from PR. Everything I have had from there has been excellent, from the daily specials, to the sandwiches, to the empanadas, it is all so good. The rice and beans is on point! The prices are good, and the service is great! The lady who runs the truck is so friendly, we found out while talking that we both lived in the same area in Pennsylvania, small world! I pray this food truck takes off and is as successful as can be! I know on thing is for sure, they will keep me coming back!

If you’re looking for authentic Puerto Rican food in Virginia, La Parada del Coquí is definitely a place you should try. I ordered a pincho, an empanada, and alcapurrias, and everything was delicious and full of authentic Puerto Rican flavor.
The food tasted fresh and homemade, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy real Puerto Rican street food. I will definitely be coming back!
