I’m so angry! An Asian girl closed my window when it was my turn, then opened another one and served someone else. She completely ignored me, and when I complained, they just said “anyway.” If a Chinese girl is going to treat someone like that, she shouldn’t even work there, knowing it’s an attraction visited by many people of different races and colors. Don’t hire people who don’t know how to treat customers who pay for their service and food. Im.wait for 30 minutes for my food is a joke?

Location is also known as “Papas Mexicanas”. Eh. I got the Chili Cheese Fries for $13.00. While the portion size was decent, the quality didn’t reflect the price. I rarely waste food, but I disliked them so much that I couldn’t finish. Decent portion size. On the bright side, the customer service was excellent, and there was plenty of seating available. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing

This place sells fries, loaded fries! Normal times of year, they have Carne Asada fries which are awesome! Great job, scoop of sour cream and scoop of guacamole with shredded cheese all over. Served hot and fresh and not a bad price! About $9 for a box. Great place to get a great treat!

The price has gone up since I posted last. They’re now $12.99 for the fries. Still taste great!

This lady in the cashier window keeps chatting regardless of the long waiting line. And she was really rude saying, I have not called next guest yet. She was chatting with coworkers for 3-4mins while people waiting in line. So rude

It was pretty good. The carnitas with the chile verde was better than the carne asada fries.

5 stars for the delicious carne asada fries, which is a huge portion! 3 stars for the staff who seem disinterested in moving any faster then a snail’s pace. I was there on a not very crowded day and waited about 10 minutes after I placed more order to get the food. If you’re in the mood for some fries, go here for sure but be prepared to wait.

We really wanted to like this place. The asada fries are mediocre. Not bad, but not good either. They need different style of fries and the flavor is all wrong. These are like In-n-out burgers fries with meat, sour cream, and cheese. They have an opportunity to provide delicious Mexican food from the surrounding areas but instead opt for theme park level ingredients. I’m sure that you can find an Alberto’s or Tacos Mexico down the street that offers significantly better food. Knott’s, you can do better

It takes a very long time to get your food. Staff seemed a bit unorganized, a lot of standing around and waiting while only two cooks prep orders. Carne asada fries were ok. They put way too much sour cream which over powers the fries.

Nasty Sad small box of $15 asada fries. Certainly not worth it. Will find another place to get food in the park.

The chili cheese fries are good but the asada fries lack flavor.
