They are the nicest here! Always patient with my young kids who take a long time to decide, always translates to English anything we don’t know.
The young guy who works there is the BEST! My daughter decided she wanted “bubblegum ice cream” for her birthday and I called all the fancy ice cream places around us and NO ONE had it.
Then I remembered La Michocana and not only did the guy cheerfully pack a huge cup of it for her, he gave her a matching popsicle (free)!! She was so happy. Thank you for making her birthday ice cream dreams come true.

We love going here we take our daughter here every time It’s warm out and we take a short little walk over there! The ice cream is amazing and the prices are great! Very, very friendly staff!!

I had a terrible experience at La Michoacána. The employee was extremely rude and had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. I’d rather drive extra miles to another location than come back here. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to avoid this place as well. Customer service is just as important as the product, and this visit was incredibly disappointing.

The girl helping us gave us way little ice cream compared to what the other employee was giving out. The other employee was way more interactive with people too. Besides that, the ice cream was good and it looked like they had a variety of paletas!
