I absolutely loved this place. I went for my first time last night and got me a fruit cup and some candy. The fruit cup was so good. The lady was friendly and very knowledgeable of the items in the store. I’m definitely going back!! Highly recommend this place. This is the one on Morgan in the Bonilla Plaza.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called and simply asked in Spanish, “Tienen marranadas?”
The woman who answered immediately snapped back with an aggressive “Can you speak English?” That’s rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional.
What’s laughable is that she clearly knew what a marranada is, yet suddenly pretended not to understand the word “tienen.” That wasn’t confusion, that was attitude.
If Spanish speaking customers bother you, you probably shouldn’t be answering the phone at a Paleteria selling Mexican snacks.
Do better. This kind of disrespect loses customers.

Poor customer service, employees on phone. No greeting, no Hi. Asked to pay and tip before I even get anything. Ice-cream had freezer burn taste, was not good, and I’ll eat almost any ice-cream, I did eat it. also over priced, sorry just not impressed.

Lunch sandwich specials are affordable and delicious. Shrimp Cocktail minus onions is always a great go to item. I get the Sugar Free Wild Cherry Raspa. The ice cream cones, banana split are so yummy. Fruit bowls available for one, to share, family, and PARTY size available. Plenty of drink options available and dessert options.
