What a great place to eat, and also with a rich history embracing both Chinese and Mexican cuisine and still giving an old fashion diner feeling. Friendly staff and the food was delicious.

It’s a really nice place to eat. I was here on Thursday at around 6:30 pm and they had live music. I ordered a beef stew, it was really good. They have a variety of plates; stews, steak, fish, eggs or hotcakes for breakfast. You can come alone or with friends and there won’t be a problem. It’s cozy and it has a family type of environment. The only inconvenience I had was the wait time. It took around 10 min for someone to give me a menu and another 20 to 30 min for me to get my food. I highly recommend it if you want to have a date with your girlfriend or maybe a family night out.

Amazing place! Food is phenomenal. There is a wait to get seated but it’s worth the wait. If you’re touring the city, this is a must to eat Mexican food! They know what they’re doing since they’ve been around the early 1900s (the menu has the story of the restaurant). My grandmother used to eat here with her colleagues on payday since it was a very luxurious restaurant.

Suggestion; the orange juice is natural and no sugar needed. The oranges are constant brought from the mercado (around the corner) and squeezed right there and there!

It’s a “must go” while at Juarez Downtown, the place has many options to choose from and the people there are very friendly, it’s open 24 hours and it is packed a lot of the time since it is so popular. The restrooms are clean, the place is comfortable and the food it’s pretty good and cheap.

Walked over for a day in Juarez to visit the Sunday market from El Paso. Even if there’s a long line, they are really efficient and turning tables fast. The food I tried was just mediocre, not much flavor or salt. My friend liked the mole, but I don’t recommend the Chili relleno. Stuck to cooked foods to be safe, but my friend ordered the guacamole and like an idiot I took a bite of that. Definitely was ill that night, can’t say it was worth it.
