Not a lot of options in Fairfield, but this is a great spot. Armound (sorry I am butchering the spelling) is a boss at mixing some amazing drinks. I watched him make drink after drink, and every single person commented on how fabulous it was. Great service, great atmosphere, and good vibe. If I were in town I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in again.

As a stranger to this town, I have never felt more at ease at any other bar. La Notte not only has a great vibe (compare it to some sophisticated restrobars in Chicago or Philly), but Armagan’s drinks are awesome. He genuinely cares for his customers, takes time to understand their palate and even makes drinks off the menu just for you! He would make sure you feel safe, comfortable, and have a great evening no matter what day you go there. If you are in town, don’t miss it!

Awesome place in Fairfield if you feel like “escaping to the city”. The owner is fantastic- passionate about what he does, remembers the regulars, and created a specific niche in a rural town. What was really great was also the barback(?) Thomas. So friendly, very efficient. We sat outside and he came to take the glasses, asked how everything was and made sure our experience was excellent. It was. Great staff!

Classy, cozy, open yet intimate; equally great for socializing or having a night out with your date or best friends. Delicious menu. Sublime cocktails and numerous tasty choices for nonalcoholic drinks. Charcuterie pairs beautifully with beverages. A lovely place to spend the evening.
Edit: It was great when it first opened, and the aesthetics and flavors are wonderful, but this is no longer a space that is necessarily safe for women. Some of my friends have even been treated in a predatory manner to put it very mildly. I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses, and a lot of people still have positive experiences, but I cannot recommend going here alone.
