The food was great! The burrito was huge. I didn’t like the fact that you really couldn’t pick it up. Had to eat it with a knife and fork. Had beans and rice on the side. The rice needed to cook a little longer. It had some hard pieces in it. Overall the food was good and plentiful for the price

We placed an order for three people: chimichangas, nacho supreme, and fajitas nachos, paid for extra cheese and a side of guacamole. Did not get any sides, food was not right at all!! Called the manager he told me he sees my order and began arguing with me about my order. Brought the food back and he refused to refund me or replace my food!! Horrible service, what happened to the brand? We just moved back to Jacksonville and loved lanop!! But now, high disappointed. Bathrooms were filthy. As long as these owners and management team are running it, you will not do well!!

Our server had attitude, our food was not good. The Mgr wasn’t there another guy discussed it with us about comping something IF we would return again. Which was not okay. Fish tacos stank so much we gagged, also were hard and over cooked. Waste of $15. The chimichanga was really burnt, 2 taco salads were mediocre, quesadilla not good. Also, we couldn’t get refills, it was rough, overall not good in any way. Very disappointed it couldn’t be refunded at the time.

Let me begin by saying I used to love this place back then they first opened and that first year or two they were incredible.
BUT NOW …. Don’t waste your time and especially your money. First off 4.09 cents for a soft drink a fountain drink. Total RIP OFF. Then I ordered a combo off the menu and said minus the cheese in everything. I’m allergic. ( my allergy is serious I carry two epi pens and a cancer patient with low immune. ) I was so looking forward to my taco and refried beans but both came loaded with cheese. So I was polite and kind and said u probably didn’t hear me or forgot and it’s ok but i have anaphylactic allergies. I can’t have cheese at all. She apologizes and takes the food back to the kitchen. They sent my plate back out I took two bites and started to feel sick. I ask for a box and took it home. Half way home I use my epi pen and inhaler and almost went to er
Sure enough the bean they took the big pieces of cheese out but some melts bits they left in. This could have freakin killed me. We have left two messages for an owner to call . Two days and still no call.

Ordered through Uber. The food arrived hot and amazing. Really quick. I was shocked by the size of portions. The food was amazing. Superb value. Ordered the California Burrito, Fajita Nachos, and 2 soft tacos was the order. Bring your appetite for either the California Burrito or Fajita Nachos. The first pic is Fajita Nachos, chip separate with soft tacos. The second pic is California Burrito with soft tacos. Third is pic is 2 soft tacos. By the pics you see how big the portions are.

Basically the best Mexican restaurant on this side of town in every possible way. The chips were warm ( they are usually cold in town ). The portion on meat content was more than enough. Service is way better than a lot of places these days. Good ambience and the music isn’t set very loud like some places.
