Their ice creams are great but boy do their staff need customer service training. I’ve been here numerous times and the woman that work here always act like they’re mad at the universe. The location and ice cream are the only reason I keep coming back. Hopefully management will take note of what these reviews have in common and do something about it so customers have a positive experience.

I have been coming here for around 3 years. And they always give attitude and look at me with annoyance. I only go there for the tasty things but many people need to be fired. Most workers act like they don’t want to be there. Today I asked the lady if she could add more fruit, she looked at me mad and continued adding water. When I told another worker about it the other yelled out”we’ll your paying for the water” like I’m the one spending my money there, the least you could do is have a better

I was having a bad day and craving a chamoyada/mangonada like I used to eat as a kid. I found this spot and it was everything I wanted. I was able to buy a small mangonada, which was just what I wanted to indulge the craving. It had me feeling like a kid again!

Very good ice cream place, however, the workers there are not friendly. The older lady gave us an attitude when we asked to taste the ice cream. And then there was a young lady with her and they were laughing about it. I am not sure why. They will need to fix and change their attitude.
