Very good ice cream place, however, the workers there are not friendly. The older lady gave us an attitude when we asked to taste the ice cream. And then there was a young lady with her and they were laughing about it. I am not sure why. They will need to fix and change their attitude.

First time going here and I won’t be returning, you can find better places who do the same thing and with better customer service who acknowledge your presence and won’t look you up and down. Spare yourself from going through a bad experience. For a place that gets talked about a lot, it isn’t worth the bad customer experience. Listen, as soon as we walked in we received no type of greeting when in fact, the ladies and the little girls they have working there are laughing so loud and “chismeando”. Mind you, we were the ONLY ones there at that time. The girls, and the older lady who was at the cash register just kept giving my husband and I looks!! Like, hello, we’re the customers and we haven’t done anything to you so why you acting this way??? TERRIBLE customer service. The lady at the register was talking to a man, and he wasn’t even buying anything and we were the only ones there and she SAW US waiting to pay. She completely ignored us!!!!! Unbelievable. And this place gets talked about SO MUCH!! Please hire people or talk to your family about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went here yesterday for the first time. Everything was very tasty but the customer service was absolutely horrible. It seemed like the workers didn’t want to be there at all. I went with my aunt and cousins and we wanted to know what came in the tostilocos as well as the flavor of chips and the lady spoke so low and fast I couldn’t understand a thing. When she asked if we wanted all the toppings I asked her if she could tell me again what comes in it because i couldn’t hear her the first time, and I even apologized for asking again, and she got a horrible attitude with me and my family saying she already told us. Then she repeated the ingredients again very fast speaking and low so of course i couldn’t hear her again, so we just took it with all the toppings. I had no idea that they had pork in them because of the way the lady spoke to us but it really should be written somewhere, or the workers should at least take the time to explain correctly because some people in my family do not consume pork. She was just so rude to us the entire time we were there. She even wanted us to still tip her after everything when we were paying. I don’t mind tipping when the service is good but how are you gonna be so so rude to people and then want them to tip you afterwards. Whoever manages the workers there really needs to train them in customer service or something because I myself work in customer service and its not hard to speak clearly and not rudely to a new customer.

Product is good! Service and Attention is awful. I went there on a Sunday afternoon, had 5 people pass infront of me. The ladies see two persons at a time which makes no sense if the person before you has a big order. When mentioned to the ladies they didn’t care and seem to careless if i left I won’t be returning.

First time visiting. What a treat! The ice cream was delicious! There were many flavors to choose from. They also have a huge selection of popsicle flavors and authentically Mexican treats like Mangoneadas and Tostilocos.

Their ice creams are great but boy do their staff need customer service training. I’ve been here numerous times and the woman that work here always act like they’re mad at the universe. The location and ice cream are the only reason I keep coming back. Hopefully management will take note of what these reviews have in common and do something about it so customers have a positive experience.
