3.5 ⭐️ The food here was just okay. I had the chicken quesadilla, which was quite soggy on the bottom when it came out and lacked flavor. On the bright side, the chips and salsa were pretty good. I liked that everyone got their own dish for salsa.
We were seated almost right away, but it took a long time for them to take our orders. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and our waitress came around to refill our drinks multiple times.
I would come back, but would likely order something other than a quesadilla as the other food I saw looked quite good!

Absolutely delicious food and reasonable wait time. I loved that the menu has pictures for all of the meals. Our server was wonderful and helpful. The restaurant has a cozy feel with a variety of booths and tables. Wonderful experience.

Went twice , the michelada was really good and consistent . The food was decent, I had chicken fajita taco salad first time. The other item ordered was the super burrito. Meat was tender, for most part. Couple tough pieces were found. Second time I tried carnitas , it was juicy but they skimped on the guac, like a table spoon serving was in the plate. Wait staff was nice, the lunch specials are good. Chips were a little hard but salsa was good. I’d go back for that michelada for sure !

Food tastes good but when I picked up the bag I could tell the portions were small. Not even 1/2 Cup of rice for $11.54. Almost no beef in enchiladas. Not enough chips for the nachos fajitas to finish them even with the little extra bag. The salsa cup given with chips were significantly smaller than most Mexican restaurants in the area. I get more food in kids meal at others places than this order.

My salad was a joke. I received a bowl of lettuce with some lime and orange wedges, a tomoato slice, a few Avocado slices, and what appeared to be a sliced up McChicken type patty.
It was supposed to come with onion, bacon, cheese, and spinach. The salad had no dressing. The server dropped the food off and then wasn’t seen again until he was dropping off a check. Just very underwhelming experience.

The food was ok. The service was ok. I can see why it is busy. It has a good following. I liked it and might come back, but the way it was described to me probably made me expect too much. It was fairly bland. Where I am from, we put a little more flavor in the food. I would recommend eating here. I could just be used to eating a different style. I am from a state further down south. I would give it a shot and decide for yourself.

Got a beef enchilada with salsa verde only for it to come out with pink meat I explained I couldn’t have it due to be being pregnant they told us they would fix it after 15 minutes of waiting they came back and told me they could only do steak or chicken and I was like? Neither then after we only got a $3 discount and had to pay for it we left extreamly disappointed

I travel through town for work from time to time and found this place when it first opened. It wasn’t even up on Google yet! It was great then and am happy to say it was still really good this time. Staff was friendly and attentive and the food was great. It is my “go-to” when visiting Great Bend.
