Don’t go get chocolate Dubai strawberry just so they can give you soggy strawberries they exchange it gave me another one but just put chocolate and pistachio cream around the cup and none on the strawberries technically eating plain strawberries

I love this place so much! I knew I would love it the second I walked in during a round of delivering for Uber Eats to get better acquainted with Haines city when I first moved out here a year ago. I made it a mission to go back again and patronize this business with my parents. It’s so bright and colorful and the variety—oh, my! The variety! It’s a little pricey but it’s par for the course in a near-Orlando city. If you love chamoy, tamarind, chile with fruit, they have so many fresh fruit bars in that salty, spicy, tart flavor profile. I went with my dad and had some of the food and the portions are generous. I can’t remember what I ordered but I do remember the aqua frescas which were very delicious and refreshing and the perfect compliment to the food. Tonight, I tried (and shared) the Mangonada which is like straight out of a dream level of immaculate with the mango sorbet and the fresh mango pieces and tamarind candy. They have plenty of other decadent items to choose from and if I’m ever wealthy enough, I would love to try the entire menu. The staff are always nice and efficient. I don’t have any complaints, it’s always nice and clean.
There’s also a cute lil bakery next door so if you find yourself in this strip center, it’s worth checking out both.

Time Is MONEY
For one, Mad Expensive , yah don’t know good prices down here…. Two, stingy and very inconsiderable portions whether it’s the food, the toppings,the fruit in the drinks or treat. Prices don’t match portions. I bought a t chicken torta for 18 Almost 19$ and they barely put fries. Up north I’ll grab something like that for 10$ plus an extra side. Don’t let these places rip yah off bro wake up …. These places not that good I’m Cuban from New Jersey where there’s mad culture and real flavor. Down here is trash. Wont go here again . Toooo hyped up. Small cup of 4 cut in half strawberries and too much drizzle of Nutella 80% , 20%pistachio drizzle( no flavor, stingy) & 10% the Dubai crisps sticks (no flavor, &cheap) . The small cup of Dubai strawberry was 18$ btw my girl had to come home and add strawberries cause of how small portion it was

Overly priced and horrible customer service. You’re lucky if you encounter someone nice from the staff. Was waiting to get some change (if could) for the quarter games they have so my son could play and 2 workers come in, clock in right infront of me on the computers where they ring people up, looked at me and didn’t say a word. The girl who took my order was taking care of someone so I was waiting for 5+ min. They both started to take care of other customers so when one of the girls got close to where I was again I asked if she can give me my to-go order from the freezer and she just said “dame un minuto” with a horrible attitude. That was it for me to decide to never come back here and waste my money. I’ve been told many times they have rude customer service. And to top it all off, my banana split was horribly melted once I opened it about 5 minutes later.

I bought the Dubai Strawberries last week they were delicious, so of course I go back for more and they have changed their chocolate, Whyyyy !!! It was awful so hard, like eating strawberries with a side of hard chocolate, and it was $16 bucks. Why change something if its not broken.Not going back in a while!!

On August 9th I visited them, I ordered a crepe service, I do not recommend them!! Their dough was incredibly hard/elastic, I don’t know how to describe it but it was really impossible to cut so I couldn’t eat absolutely anything! They should invest in bigger and better quality knives and forks and especially in the dough for those crepes. I was totally amazed and dissatisfied with my experience that day because I had eaten at this place before, I love their milkshakes and ice creams! But those crepes are nothing like that!

Honestly this place is the best!! Every time I go I can’t decide what to order everything ls delicious. I’ve been coming here since 2020 still love it. Best customer service ever, they are fast and friendly specially Cindy she is so nice and helpful thanks for making our experience even better!

My sister and I spent over $100 on ice cream and desserts, which were delicious. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing.
My niece wanted a bottled water, so her mom gave her $2 to purchase one. After being charged, the server told her the water was in the fridge but there was no water available. When my niece told her, the server said she could pick something else. She chose a Gatorade, but then the server said it would be an additional 50 cents. My sister explained she didn’t have extra change and asked for a refund instead. The server then told us “no refunds” and pointed to the sign, even though the item we paid for wasn’t available.
I stepped in and explained that since they didn’t have the product, a refund made sense. Instead, I was told they could only give my niece a cup of ice because they don’t have filtered water. After insisting again, the server went to speak to the manager, who finally approved the refund.
The food and desserts were great, but the way we were treated was unfriendly, rushed, and unprofessional. Customer service matters just as much as good food, and sadly this experience left a bad impression. Because of the poor service, I can’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

Searching and searching until I found it! Although this place is hidden and has almost no parking, this ice cream shop is unique. Super clean, very friendly employees, excellent service and delicious popsicles. I bought 10 popsicles of different flavors and so far all the ones that I have tried, they taste delicious! Delicious churros too!!!
