I went in to buy my kids a treat I bought a few things and 2 paleta Payasos my daughter asked why it was so hard and tasted off after further looking at the package found out it was expired… Expired! How are you going to be selling expired snacks? Would not recommend this place

I am glad to see that they are taking the necessary precautions to continue selling their product to customers safely. The employees are friendly and never rush you to make a decision but rather they make sure you are happy with what you are getting.
I go here for the crepes but always take home some ice cream as well. My favorite flavors being their cookies and cream, strawberry, and mango.

Overall, great place for dessert!! I love that they have classic paleta flavors but also flavors I have not had before. In addition, their crepes are very good and pretty big for the price. Absolute favorite thing from here is the mangoneada because they let you customize how much or how little chili you want and what kind of ice cream you want.
I was hesitant to go once the pandemic started, however, they have implemented protocols that follows CDC guidelines. The store always looks cleans and the employees wear gloves and masks. Great customer service (:

This place is heaven..they offer so much selection from warm heart feeling champurrado to fresh fruit deserts and drinks. They have frozen bananas plain or with almonds!! The decor is so tastefully done, a very inviting place and has great customer service.

An amazing little shop with great service and unique homemade ice cream flavors. Amazing plain and strawberry and cajeta filled churros. Their oreo cookie ice cream and the tropical are my favorite. Makes you feel like you are in a small town in Mexico. Love it!

Our 1st time visiting la-michoacana-rustica-artesanal it’s nicely decorated and clean. Staff was pleasant and informative explain the difference popsicles from the huge selection, everything you can think of . Our grandkids loved the gummy bears, and the watermelon, strawberry, vanilla, Starbucks popsicles was our favorite. We will return, there so much more we
want to try.

The 2 ice creams I ordered were good but the customer service was very bad. The lady I’m assuming is the owner was not very friendly or helpful. When asked about an item she just said we don’t have it had to point to her menu because she didn’t know what it was we wanted then said oh don’t have it. I won’t be going back .

Deliciousness in every bite. Have never had a bad anything here. Ice cream, paletas, bionico, jugos…its all good, every flavor of sherbert and ice cream is good….tastes like you are eating the real fruit because everything is made in store with real fruit and fresh ingredients

Deliciously Amazing! I recently had a Hot Cheeto Elote and it was the best thing ever! Absolutely fantastic!! I recommend it, I also heard they were making Taki Elotes too and I was stunned when I found out about it. Amazing service, they were so kind to me and my friends. Even gave us a free water! So thankful for it. Highly recommend this Michocana. – Rogelio Lopez
