Absolutely fantastic experience came in as a birthday treat to myself and couldn’t be more happy with my choice! The young man who helped us was extremely friendly and courteous made some great suggestions. The Birria Tacos were fire! The Torta was Huge and I mean huge! And the Agua frescas were so delicious. Literally no complaints. 10/10

This was our first time trying La Michoacana in Riverview, and we went in the evening when it had some customers but wasn’t too busy.
We ordered the churro sundae with Mexican vanilla ice cream, which had a horchata-like flavor and was absolutely delicious — definitely something I’d recommend. We also tried the Sandía Loca, a hollowed-out watermelon filled with fruit, gummies, and spicy seasonings. It was salty, sweet, and refreshing, and while I’m not sure I’d order it every time, it looked really cool and was fun to try at least once.
The inside was bright, colorful, very clean, and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful during our visit.
We didn’t try the hot food yet, but everything we saw — even the popsicles — looked great. Looking forward to coming back and trying more but we will probably order it to-go ahead to cut down the wait time.

We stopped by La Michoacana Ice Cream and had a fantastic experience. The shop is bright, clean, and full of tempting ice cream and paleta options everything looks fresh and inviting.
What truly stood out was the customer service. Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, taking the time to help and making the visit enjoyable. The rest of the staff was also polite and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience.
It’s refreshing to find a place where both the quality of the treats and the level of service are top-notch. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Riverview area. We’ll definitely be back!

friendly helpful and awesome customer service. Honestly the best ice cream shop ever it has everything you can imagine (ice cream, tacos, esquites, dubai chocolate and so much more). I had a ferreo ice cream scoop and it was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend had a oreo milkshake and hands down the best milkshake we both ever had. I usually come for the fresas con crema which never disappoints. This is a hidden gem for sure

I got the cookies and creme icecream with churros and a hot cheeto nacho bag with steak and pico.
The icecream was delicious. I finished most of it before I got the nachos but it tastes just like chik fil a. I can tell it’s made with real milk.

Absolutely incredible experience! The Dubai Chocolate Churro was outstanding, and my son loved his Fruity Pebble Ice Cream Bar. The staff truly went above and beyond—they were kind, accommodating, and very understanding. They even customized my five-year-old son’s ice cream bar with sprinkles and strawberry sauce, which made him so excited. In his excitement, he accidentally knocked over the table with our food, and a staff member promptly and graciously replaced everything without hesitation. Amazing treats, exceptional service, and such a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

I ended up going with the fresas con crema and a side of churros – and WOW. The fresas con crema were so fresh, creamy, and perfectly sweet. The churros were warm, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and dusted with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. Absolute perfection!
The staff was super friendly and patient while I looked over the menu (probably for way too long ). They made me feel really welcome, even as a first-timer.

They have the BEST strawberry Dubai Chocolate cup … I have been to Orlando and all Tampa trying all the Dubai strawberry cups and no one comes close to this one . Thank you for your cleanliness, for the perfect quality of your products you guys have the best strawberries I mean I can go on and on … and thank you for always been so kind . I come here almost every weekend for my strawberry cup and you guys never disappoint me . I give you 10 out of 10
