what a freaking JOKE this place is! I ordered these Bionico (8oz fruta, 4oz crema) and Pico de Gallo (10oz fruta)at $48.Theyre the tiniest little portions of baby fruit ive ever seen for this outrageous price! I went up the street to the Calfornia Ranch Market and got 2 huge ones for $26. I learned myself an expensive lesson. NEVER again!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered a banana split, expecting something fresh and enjoyable, but instead the toppings were stale, lacking flavor, and tasted like they had been sitting out for days. It completely ruined the dessert.
To make matters worse, the employee who took my order was rude and impatient. As a first-time customer, I was trying to look over the menu and decide what I wanted, but instead of being welcoming or helpful, they acted annoyed that I wasn’t ordering fast enough. That’s no way to treat a customer, especially someone visiting for the first time.
Between the poor quality of the dessert and the lack of basic customer service, I won’t be coming back. There are far better places that actually care about their product and their customers.

It’s disappointing to see how the owner of this establishment responds to customers. Instead of addressing concerns with professionalism or offering solutions, the replies come across as dismissive and unprofessional. This isn’t just my experience—looking through other reviews, it’s clear there’s a consistent pattern of poor customer service and lack of accountability.
As for the food, I wish I could say my experience was different, but it wasn’t. The quality is simply not good, and based on other reviews, I am not alone in feeling this way. A good business should listen to its customers, accept responsibility, and strive to improve. Unfortunately, this place chooses to argue with unhappy customers instead of fixing the issues that so many people have pointed out.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this place to read through the reviews first and make an informed decision before dining here.

Horrible customer service. NOT FRIENDLY how they claim! We were kicked out because they couldn’t figure out their system. We tried to Zelle them and they didn’t know how to receive Zelle so we were going to use credit card and they still couldn’t take our form of payment. They took at least 30 minutes to take our order And the older lady was rude from the beginning. Then the guy there got into a family conversation thinking we were talking about them and started a problem with us for no reason. Overall this was the worst experience ever and will not ever be going back extremely annoyed because it was so hot and we were going to pay 80 dollars at their business for us to be treated this way! Horrible just horrible do not waste you time here!

I have given this place various chances but I always end up leaving disappointed. They open very late and close very early. They take forever. Last time i waited almost an hour just to get a mangoneada and a raspado. My mangoneada barely had any tajin, fruit, and candy. They are very stingy with their proportions. They always take forever and are always closed. Don’t bother wasting your time.

Loved going to this place, although you might be waiting to get your order taken for about 10 minutes and another 10 minutes for the order I thought it was worth it. The last time I went in I ordered a drink and was curious as to why it was sour. Mind you I haven’t tried the drink before so I was just curious, the lady I asked was nice however she went over to tell her associate (im guessing is the owner because her spouse came in and kissed her as she was working on orders which is not appropriate for the work environment but that’s me personally) told her that I said it was sour and automatically went into defense mode and rudely told me “that’s why you should try a drink you’ve never tried” I proceeded to tell her I was just curious as to what the ingredients where I was not complaining what so ever. As I’m walking out the door she is still LOUDLY vocalizing that next time I should try drinks before buying them infront of multiple customers embarrassing me as if I was causing a problem and now I will no longer be coming. What a shame, and shame on you for making a customer feel that way over a question that could’ve been easily answered.
