Please do not go here. They are rude & lack accountability. They still have it listed they do pickup & deliveries but they do not and will argue with you about it. The owner is aware that the store offers it online and refuses to do anything about it which is a waste of a trip & money. She did not apologize or care.

All the girls looked like they hate working there. They do not greet at all and I noticed they do not wear gloves!!! It was so sloppy and messy. I had more chamoy then the mango. It was also warm.

Girls are rude. I said no chili on my corn, the lady still put chili and when I told her I said no chili she went to the employee sink to wash the corn off. I refuse to buy it. Nacho were also nasty (chips and cheese). I will never be back here again

This place has built in restrooms!!
They will not allow you to use them for no reason!! If the build it with restrooms for custmers why do they eve bothered to build them when they wont let you use them!
A person with health issues and needs to use the restroom this place can really get in trouble for not letting customers use their restrooms!! Had to walk over to the market and use it there!
Ive to other ice cream shops and they do not have any restrictions on restroom use!

Poor costumer service. As a paying costumer The lady was rude and didn’t allow me to use the bathroom so I had to go to Food4Less while she allowed a couple other costumers to use the bathroom. She was working by herself and was rushing every single person and not in a polite way.

Honestly ive never been so disappointed at this location. I went today with my family and although the girls were friendly they didnt serve anything like how the other workers normally do. We asked for mangonadas and they barely put any of the mango ice cream and mangos. We took out the spoon and it was literally half the cup full. The mangos were super green and then we asked for the hot cheeto corn in the cup and asked for extra of everything and it was still barely even anything.
