If these boxes licked clean to get EVERY SINGLE morsel doesn’t tell the story well enough. … let me say it with words… 🙂 this place is AWESOME!!! we have found a new obsession and tasty treat in the mini pancakes and I have been back 2 nights in a row to get some. My daughter was craving and begging for the Tostito/corn dish(I’ve forgotten the name) for DAYS… so we finally came and each got our treat. Even the normal “treat” of the Coco ice cream with granola and nuts on it are the best treat close to home where we are treated like family. Doña Mari always says hello and greets us when we come in and takes care of us like we were in her home. My daughter who is somewhat shy felt comfortable enough to practice speaking and ordering for herself with Doña Mari because of how kind and gentle she always is with us. And it’s hardly a single visit that we come in that someone is not taking a minute or two to speak to my children and compliment their manners, or beautiful eyes, or how well they ordered or just something that the workers notice and use to create a nice encounter/interaction with the little ones. I’ve even called ahead before when I was on my way to the location to let them know and have my order being prepared (I did this so that my order would not create a delay in their being able to close on time..the Bionicos can be somewhat labor intensive and take a few minutes to make so I wanted to not run them close to closing time) Each time we’ve been in it has been delicious and we were well attended. I love that Doña Mari knows my (and my kids’ faces) face and greets us and treats us warmly when we come in. This is truly what my local neighborhood “treat” shop should feel like. Thanks Tolleson team!

Went in for a tosti elote in a separate container so it would not get soggy when I got home. Once I opened the container and started mixing it up I realized it was mostly nacho cheese. I ordered tosti elote not Tostitos with nacho cheese

This place is the best and the quality is so much better than other Michoacana places I’ve been to. And the customer service is on point! I came with my wife and kids and my daughter accidentally spilled my drink and they kindly gave us another one without cost .

Im a little confused by the reviews about the elote because I went in and got it with an agua de sandía and everything was delicious! I also feel that some of these corn enthusiasts just don’t know the difference between sweetcorn and non-sweetcorn. It is sweetcorn but personally, I prefer it with sweetcorn. definitely tasted fresh and I 100% recommend this place.

I came in here to order around 8:30 today, and the staff was completely rude especially an older lady and a girl with beige long sleeves. Worst customer service experience. I even called to speak to someone and the way the answered the phone and told me to not call back. this location seems so fun and full of energy but truly not!

The staff is nice and the food is good. The only thing I would complain about is the way that the owner or the manager talks to her employees infornt of the customer. Even if it were in private you don’t talk to people that way. I also don’t like that it is really hot in the building. Its over 100 degrees outside, you would think that they would turn on their a/c for their customers.

Very friendly staff they allow you to try samples and explain the variety they have. So many choices they will help you find something new fitting your taste buds. Some of the items prices may be a bit high however the quality is well worth it. I also love that they will provide you a bag of ice for your paletas if your taking several to go.
