Would give zero stars due to my Girlfriend getting a bad allergic reaction to nuts even after we asked if a product had nuts in it.
Me and my girl went in to get a cappucino ice cream and upon receiving it she noticed that there was some chunks that looked like a type of Nut. We asked the lady if it had any nuts and she assured us there wasnt. After eating a scoop she almost immediately felt it and we went back in to let her know and she said and i quote,” It doesnt have any nuts, IT ONLY HAS ALMONDS IN IT”! And we both just looked her and informed her that Almonds are INDEEED classified as nuts. We proceeded to ask her for another ice cream which we got charged for as well instead without any sort of apology.
Seeing how she brushed things off and didnt offer us any way how to resolve the issue or even get a simple apology is what upset us even more. Food allergens is something that should be clearly stated and have all employees be fully aware of their products to be able to prevent such cases like today.
Now my lady is currently going through a very bad allergic reaction due to this and i dont think we’ll ever risk ever coming back here again.

Great customer service . As soon as we came in we were acknowledged and felt welcomed. Everything we ordered was good . Overall experience was great hopefully they continue like that.

Yesterday 5/19/25 at around 9 ish me and my girl visited this location and we each got tostilocos and i got a doritolocos after eating around 12 our stomachs were upset and in the morning of the 20th we both had severe vomiting mustve been the cueritos not properly cooked or stored but id recommend not getting from them unless you like to vomit

We came in all my kids wanting a Oreo shake but worker just said the blender not working we ended up getting mini pancakes she went to the back on her phone then decides to come start to provide ice cream to new costumers that had just walked in. She then told me that she would begin to make my mini pancakes/papas fritas after she takes care of the new customers and I was fine with it. Until I was paying, all I had was a 100 dollar bill she said she couldn’t take it. But that’s all I had and my kids were already eating there ice cream all she said was well I can’t take it. With poor manners and being rude. Poor customer service Caro made this experience unpleasant.

Good jugos naturales with a lot of vegetables they have available. It’s clean & spacious.
