I enjoy their aqua frescas. Their ice cream is good, some better than others. I love how cute the inside looks! I know they get busier later in the day but they are pretty friendly for the most part. Definitely give them a try!

I’ll give it a 2.5 for some kind of effort. They didn’t have certain ice cream available. They didn’t have no cones available only cups. The nachos were stale. I would think they should have a date when they have been on the shelf for a while. &&&& to top it off It’s high 80’s and of course ice cream is to feel more fresh well wrong it’s more hotter in there than outside. No air circulation at all. They have a portable AC but it is not doing the job. I feel bad for the employees they looked like they were in the desert working. SMH

Ehhh. Total corporate knock-off of our awesome local Vallejo michoacana spot on Tennessee. Ice cream was a major fail – super icy with chunks of ice. Not even close to the real deal. Paletas were okay. Skip the ice cream, maybe grab a paleta if you’re desperate. Seriously though, just go to the local place.

I went with my friend. and was expecting a good experience with good drink but I was quite literally disappointed in the atmosphere and drinks. Workers had attitude with no courage to be at work. And the drink tasted really watered down. Also there was some customers in front of me that had their drinks spilled and they weren’t reimbursed or had any drinks replaced . I think it was really bad experience overall. Customer service is really bad to say the least

The worst experience ever. The young lady helping us was so disrespectful and clearly had no attitude to be helping people. We ordered a drink they put up on their page that looked full and good, I purchased it with high expectations and I clearly only bought it for the looks because the lack of product in it was CRAZY. It was more than HALF way empty. And it accidentally dropped as we were getting it off their counter, and not only did they not give us a refill but threw the plastic pelón cup that WE PAID FOR away before asking us if we wanted it back, even if it was empty. Overall my experience here was not the best. The employee helping us was disrespectful, the vibe was NOT there & they were NOT considerate.

This place has very good aguas frescas but the staff is just very unfriendly and seem like they don’t want to attend you, the place is huge and seems like something out of a fever dream but it’s extreme awkward as you’re stared down by the workers there.

There is a young lady who works there and she has no patience and also has a lot of attitude she needs to go asap as soon as we came in through the door she was complaining about how many people there were to attend to and on top of that our food that we had received was messed up she just drowned everything in cheese we had also asked for a large drink and she told me that there wasn’t enough to fill up a large cup so instead of asking us if we wanted something else or if we would like it in a smaller size cup she just rolled her eyes at us and said “so will that be all” might not be coming back to this location anytime soon I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money here either your better off making it at home than to come spend your hard earned money on laziness and a bad attitude.
