Server was super nice and offered us to sample ice cream and aguas. Ordered a few items and everything was yummy. A little expensive for some items but I think the calories hurt me more . So many options of water vs milk ice creams, waters, and lots of snacks. The AC is also amazing and a great place to cool off

The service here was slow, the employees were in the back talking. Lady was rude, I found hairs in my food, they don’t wear hair nets, Food was okay. Parking was good, had a kids play place. Tables were sticky and had not been cleaned

the place is a bit pricey, but it has good variety. I’ve never encountered a rude employee in my experiences. Although, usually they seem to be understaffed and it can take a while to get your stuff. Tables could use more frequent cleaning as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at La Michoacana Plus. The shift lead, Sandy, was extremely unprofessional and rude during my visit. Her attitude made the environment uncomfortable, and it’s clear she lacks the customer service skills needed for a leadership position. It’s unfortunate because this location has potential, but management like this pushes people away. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend it to others until changes are made.

If I could give it 0 stars based on their service, I gladly would. Service is super slow, waited about 30 minutes for one thing. Snacks are 5/10. Nacho cheese tastes like if they add water to it (it has no flavor).
