I guess my friend and I presence had the staff defensive because before we even ordered no one wanted to take it in the first place. Don’t go here unless you know everything on the menu, otherwise the staff will look at you crazy and are no help with recommendations. This was our first time coming from out of town and I would not recommend. Nothing is freshly made. We both ordered the deep fried ice cream sundae which tasted like old grease from whatever previous day they decided to store and then serve to us.

The driest empanadas on the face of the planet!!! The pastry was thick dry and flavorless. Once the pastry broke on my palate, it transformed to a dry paste. The filling inside was as dry like freeze dried fruit. The chocolate was hard. The pastry was overall stale. They wouldn’t exchange or give me my money back because they claim they meant to make it that disgusting. They keep trying to convince me that, because I’m not Mexican, that I don’t know how an empanada supposed to taste. The food was clearly old and dried out. DON’T waste your money here!!!

I ordered tostilocos and received this. Idk what it is but has sour cream and cheese. When I had told the lady this was not what I ordered instead of asking if it can be remade like any other place she said “that’s just how we make it” I’ve never seen tostilocos made this way. It was disgusting! Very disappointed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager on Duty with the winged eyeliner and matte maroon lipstick was unprofessional. The food quality is trash, not fresh whatsoever. I asked for a refund and wasn’t granted one. I then asked to have fruit switched out because it was rock solid, and she still said no.
She stated, “ask a customer you should ask for fruit that is in season, if you don’t, you get what you get.”
So now as a customer I’m in charge of making sure I get quality fruit? This place is a joke.
