Did not like the experience here the lady that serves ice cream is not hygienic she would charge customers with the same gloves handing in ice cream also no hair nets disgusting heres some pictures of hairs in ice cream really disgusting never coming here again .

I’ll never go again the way these people treat people it’s not OK. This is not OK. The way they handle this.
About two items because I was next-door at the bar, the guy said he would take them to me. I specifically remember him saying he would take them to me.. He never brought me anything and then when I went back over there, it was closed. The guy told me when I went back that he stayed there waiting for me till Midnight. I mean, come on, dude. I explained to him I’m sure it was a misunderstanding, but I’d like what I paid for and he flat out refused to give me what I paid him money for so I’ll never return here again and I would never recommend you guys taking your kids here or yeah I would never buy anything else from any of these people and I don’t want to have anything to do with them ever again. How do you treat your customers like this repeating customers that come back all the time you lost a repeating customer for $10.68 good luck with your business there’s plenty of Mexican restaurants and they sell ice cream at the grocery store in the same shopping center

Very disappointed with my last visit. I had came on Tuesday for a mango/watermelon plate and was charged around 8.50 . I came to bring my dad on the weekend and was charged around 14.50 $ for the exact same plate. Please advertise your prices fluctuating . I understand the price of items are going up but a huge up charge in a few days is insane .

I love that they offer a wide selection of truly delicious nut ice creams. The Pistachio and Piñon (pine nut) ice creams are rich and have a nice intense flavor. The Almond Tequila is especially delightful, and I appreciate that they have Pecan separately from Butter Pecan or Pecan Praline. It’s also nice that they have both water-based and milk-based Coconut popsicles (among others).
I’m always tempted to try their other fruit or candy flavors, but the nut ones are so decadent and not offered anywhere else, I can’t pass them up.

We got 3 raspados of mango and chamoy, but unfortunately they tasted spoiled. We weren’t trying to be difficult customers. They actually tasted spoiled and acidic. We called and spoke over the phone with the owner (male) and he was very polite and told us we go back and exchange our food for something else. He stated he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. When we arrived to Michoacana a lady attended us and was very rude. She stated that this isn’t a clothing store where we can return things. We explained we did not want to be difficult and we came because we were told we could exchange it for something else. She kept giving us attitude and said that she doesn’t want people to say they don’t like their foods and try to exchange it. We explained we have tried the raspados before and these tastes like if the mango went bad. We even said we liked other items we purchased. The mango was just bad. We said we did not want to argue and we were told we could exchange it. We asked if we could be attended by someone else. She said she was the owner and it was her turn to serve customers. So we asked what could we exchange it for? She did not give us options. We did not know what foods we could get that were the same price. She kept giving us rude attitude. We asked for hot Cheetos with cheese. She asked for another employee to do get that for us and left. We did not want to argue and that is why we called before even going. We only went because the nice man said we could go and exchange it. But because of the lady owner’s attitude, we will not be going there again. We did like the hot Cheetos and the rice ice cream. But we won’t be going there again because of that experience.

Staff was friendly. Prices are veey good. Tons of flavors for ice cream, Popsicles and snacks. The elote was amazing as expected. Also got some GIANT lollipops for less than 10 bucks! Glad I tried this place. Best local find I’ve had in a very long time. Surprisingly I never knew it was even here.
