Since we were in town, we decided to stop by. We’ve been here once before and had a great experience. On our first visit, there were two young ladies working and our fruit cocktails were really good.

But today, the service was far from good. We arrived about an hour before closing, and it was clear the lady working was in a hurry to clean up, and we felt like an inconvenience. Her attitude wasn’t great. It’s the same lady mentioned in another negative review, and she might need some help or better training.

Our fruit cocktails were just okay though.

This place isn’t Rockfords best sorry to say it’s over priced near ten damn dollars for a horchata shake that taste like or ! They must think Americans don’t know taste and culture because I got no cinnamon in it at all and it taste like nada no gracias ten dollars for a shake that didn’t taste I could make better at home ! I pray they never make tacos because no same goes for Olivia tacos 3 for 5 they are awful no season on the meat and so cheap I’ll take it down when they lower their prices on shakes I could go to Dairy Queen and get more for the money

The best homemade ice cream in Rockford HANDS DOWN! They recently remodeled, and it looks great. Always clean, delicious, and friendly staff. Their botanas are unmatched and I have yet to see anything else in town like them. Love to see that their businesses have expanded throughout the years and have only gotten better.

My mother and I enjoyed this place as everything we purchased was very tasty. Prices are a little high but there a small business trying to turn a profit and a lot of their stuff is homemade. The woman serving us was very polite and kind letting us try lots of samples and thoroughly told us about what things were. Place was clean and had good lighting.

Stopped by for a treat yesterday and enjoyed a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. They allowed us to taste flavors before making our decision. The ice cream flavors were bright and refreshing. I will definitely be back!

Wanted to try the Mexican corn, decided on the corn on the cob, and amazing couldn’t describe it. Can’t wait to be in this area again so I can pick up some more

Corn was canned corn, well at least tasted like canned corn, and on top of that it was expensive in my opinion. The chocolate ice cream i got for my daughter tasted like pure salt. I do not plan on coming back to this place.

You want some authentic hand made ice cream? This is the place to go. The store doesn’t appear like too much of a place, at first glance, but what you find inside is really pretty cool. I have to admit, though, upon entering the store, I realized my Spanish isn’t what it needs to be. Almost the entire menu board is in Spanish! Don’t let that scare you off. The staff realized my obvious ignorance of the language and immediately jumped in to keep me from feeling like a total dope. The young man that helped us was very friendly and patient with us as he explained everything about the store, offered us samples of the ice cream and helped us with our picks. The ice cream was amazing! Go, definitely go for the ice cream! It’s worth the experience. Also go for the great staff at the store! They were all very nice. They welcomed us in, were very helpful and were happy we stopped in. This is a must-do.

My kids and I love this place. The employees are always very friendly and helpful, and the treats are so good. We love the elites and the kids like the ice creams and Popsicles. My favorite is the mangonada with watermelon sorbet. Everything is so delicious!
