Not great English, but they were polite. We tried a few times to explain what we wanted without success. The straight ice-cream wasn’t bad. We tried ordering from Doordash thinking it was just a language barrier but they didn’t follow instructions, were out of stock and sent a wrong thing. The food itself wasn’t bad. – the thing we didn’t order.

This place can have terribly slow service if it’s busy. However, I really do like the mangonada (?) see the attached image. The ice cream is very good once you are at the front of the line.

My wife and I stopped here a few nights ago for the first time. The person behind the counter spoke Spanish and almost no English, but she was kind, cheerful, and very helpful. She kept handing us samples till we both found something we loved. Her co-worker came out later and spoke perfect English, but it was more fun to work through the language barrier. The ice cream flavors we tried ranged from really good to amazing. We will be back for the delicious ice cream and for the experience. : )

Good selection, fairly patient for non Spanish speakers. Menu was a little confusing. I’ve cream was pretty good, so was churro and popsicle. Street tacos were good but a bit expensive compared to other places I’ve gone outside of IF, but honestly ib don’t know anybody where what in IF that does Street tacos.

If I could give a no star I would. Rude customer service and long wait times. Also they don’t close at 10 like google says, they close at 9 according to the staff that wouldn’t open the door up to us. The Michoacana franchise has always been good to us but this one specifically has been the worst we’ve been to.

It says they are open until 10, but they were locked up 20 minutes early. We drove out here just for this, and we definitely won’t be coming back. It sucks because our families have frequented shops like this one in other areas.
