First time going to this location in Orange! The establishment was impeccably clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I got the Fresca con Crema with everything and my god! I felt like I died and went to heaven! My friend got the Nuez ice cream, and her son got the chocolate ice cream! Everything was so good, fresh and high quality! I’d highly recommend checking then out! 10/10 I will be coming back!

I like this place but a lot of their flavors are too artificial. Their mint chip is disgusting. Their other Mexican flavors are better. But even they’re Limon is way too green. Not natural like other locations. Their other stuff like tostilocos are delicious which is why I have then 4 starts. Their portions are great. And they keep their toppings are refrigerated which taste refreshing when u eat them.

I love this place but not this location. The Mazapan ice cream tasted blan, and had no cream in it. Straight up like stale/frozen ice no cream. If that makes any sense. Would not be going back. If you’d like a really good location, go to east los angeles or montebello location that’s where it’s at.

I like their selection of ice cream a good variety. I’ve tried them all and of course everyone has their favorite to the least favorite. Mine is the Horchata, I can only get it in “palleta” form. 3 sizes of ice cream single, double and triple scoop in cup or choice of cone. Options to order ice cream by pint, quart, half gallon or gallon of ice cream of your choice. They sell other Mexican snacks and Goodies, elotes, fruit smoothies, and other items. The owners and staff are friendly I never had a problem during my visits. This is a Clean place inside. This is Michocana ice cream, not like the other immitation shops you see around, I like to call them the “primas” cousins version.

This ice cream shop is simply amazing because it has so much more choices of ice creams and everything is so delicious along with snacks. The place is really clean along with the bathrooms this is my new favorite ice cream price to go on weekends with my family and enjoy the beautiful great ice creams. This store has great friendly quality services with staff I recommend everybody to go here it’s so good and amazing!

Great assortment of ice cream. They would benefit from having more staff attend the customers during the busy times. It doesn’t seem feasible to have a long line of customers and only one worker serving AND also ringing up each customer (while 2 employees are in the back cutting fruit.) They have a $10 minimum for debit cards. This makes it hard for a person that may not have cash accessible at the moment, who may want a single scoop. They should consider a .50 cent fee to be added on a $10 or less charge, or something to that effect. The store itself is super clean & the staff are nice.
