My wife is the biggest mangonada fan. She’s always searching for the best mangonadas in the area. This is her favorite Mangonada by far. She considers this the best mangonada in Chicagoland. We have tried over 20 different locations. They use real mango chunks, and are generous with the portion sizes. I can’t speak for anything else but they seem to have a big selection. I stop here often after work to get my wife one. I highly recommend the mangonadas!

This place is definitely a nice authentic Mexican icecream restaurant. Reasonable pricing and they had a variety of Mexican themed flavors. I got the corn in a cup and the one of the spicy mango icecream. Overall great place recommend

If I can give negative stars I would. Authentic Michoacána establishments are a dime a dozen and most live up to the expectation. This one surely did not, more like a overpriced cut corners kind of establishment using the Michoacána name.
Ordered a yogurt, their sizes are different than most other locations and somehow costs more. Also ordered a chocolate ice cream “1 bola” and a small mangonada. I was skeptical at first as a lot of the ice cream seemed frosted as if it’s been under the freezer uncovered for quite some time. The mangonada was rancid. The ice cream was for sure bad and when I returned the item back to the counter the owner had one of the workers try it and said no we make everything daily. Now it was obvious 80% of that ice cream was already going bad. The owner had the unprofessional and rude act to start asking other patrons in the establishment if they thought their mangonadas were also bad. Making the whole thing very uncomfortable. I didn’t even ask for a refund or anything, just wanted to let them know it was bad, and she decided to get mad at the feedback. Rude, unprofessional, and very bad service. Do not recommend this place at all. Drive to Bolingbrook on Rt 53 by Walmart.

This place was amazing. I hired them for my granddaughters granduation drive-by event on 7/11/20. Carla the owner is super nice. The server Alexa was fantastic! She served Elote’s freshly made and we had ice cream bars. This was a success that all ages enjoyed! The reviews were correct.. Amazing! Thank you La Michoacana.

Was there with my 2 year old and asked to get 2 spoons they wanted to charge us 50 cents for the spoon then changed it to 25 cents. Also when she was scooping some ice cream got in her hand and just rubbed it inside the ice cream container.
Also it is not clear where menu with pricing is. Its like guessing what the price would be.

I like the staff, they are very nice but damn the prices are just ridiculous. $10 dollars for Doritos Locos is insane when its just a bag of chips with sprinkled amounts of condiments. Cost as much a combo meal from any fast food chain. And no offense but the quality of rest of the food is not that worth the price either. I’d love to support business but when its 17$ after tax for doritos locos and large agua fresca, I have to ask myself is it really worth the price?
