I asked for light ice and completely ignored me and filled the cup with just ice and little juice. Girl got an attitude! I looked over and the containers of juices had so much ice and barely any juice in there. They charge way too much never going there again. Just wanted to try them out because my favorite place is all the way up in Lawrenceville. Don’t recommend this place at all!! Do better!!!!!!

It’s a small place but they have great treats. The staff is bilingual and friendly. The fruit is fresh, and the aguas frescas are delicious. They have classic flavors along with interesting ones, you can find every type of frozen Mexican treat here.

We stumbled into this place while getting our flat screen fixed. They offer all your ice cream favorites and milkshakes. Smoothies and fresh fruit. The best part is it’s all home made. Fresh in-house. We got the banana split. It was great you can taste the difference. And the service was great.-hince the smiley face girl in picture. We will be back

Please stay away from this paleteria. There’s so many BETTER places than here, the workers are some bratty teens with attitude and are rude. The ice cream is good but the snarky workers are the main reason we avoid this spot today definitely did it I found a bug in my ice cream. We were sitting outside but this isn’t a bug that had flown onto my ice cream it was stuck hard to a piece of the ice cream. I explained the situation and the rude bratty girl was like “well what do you want me to do about it” I told her I’d like a refund keep in mind it was 2 scoops of ice cream and I wasn’t even done with the first scoop when I found the bug. She laughed and was very snarky saying why would she issue a refund for something that was being ate already. We ended up leaving, the owner just stared and didn’t offer assistance or anything. Literally the worst place we usually go to the one in Austell everyone there is friendly including the young girls that work there!

It’s quite sad when you go out of your way to support fellow POC and a small business but are met with a rude and an disrespectful girl at the front. Customer service and experience is terrible. It’s not my responsibility that the that “lady” (trying to be kind) doesn’t want to work, but no customer should have to deal with her _itchiness. Believe the reviews and shop elsewhere. She rolled her eyes and was disgustedly disrespectful. No need for me to return. No need to give them my money.

Always friendly, have been coming here for years, started taking my oldes son when he has 7 now 15 and he loves it, now we drive from Roswell Ga just to enjoy their delicious snacks and ice cream. I will recommend this place to everyone. Clean and family owned, prices are good and variety of alot of Mexican snacks to choose from.
