The service is horrible! The prices are not great but you can look past it because it’s antojitos Mexicanos and when they hit they hit. But they’re extremely rude and disrespectful they look at you with hate for coming in.. like girl it’s your job?!? When i came across a nice associate I asked to tip her and she said not to worry about it since the owners kept the tips. Maybe that’s why they’re so rude!? Either way not the customers fault.

Just got out from getting my order here. Food is great BUT THE SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE! Very rude and disrespectful. My mom is allergic to Mangoes and we kept asking the girl that was serving us if the thing we order has mangoes in it. We ask THREE times and we got a response the third time when she had already made the order with Mango she rolled her eyes the moment we told her my mom was allergic she rolled her eyes and remade the order. One of them just kept rolling her eyes every time she would ask if we wanted something else. She was rude throughout the whole interaction and during check out she didn’t smile or say have a nice day, anything reflecting GOOD customer service. If I could I would give -2 stars, the food is delicious, but it’s not worth having that same interaction just for good food that I can make at home!! Don’t go!!

My friend and I took our kids in here as a treat for the boys. Let me just say the portions are pretty big. The banana split should be shared between like four kids. You can’t go wrong even if you just chose a random thing on their menu. Everything is so delicious.
I’m very disappointed in the customer service though. Don’t get me wrong. The majority of the staff is very great. They were very friendly. However, one of their staff members seriously needs to check her attitude at the door before she goes into work. She rolled her eyes a few times when my friend and I tried to order. We paid for our things separately. However, as I was paying, she came up and assumed that we were trying to pay for only two out of four things that we ordered collectively. Even her own coworker had to set her straight.

Staff are rude as hell! They claim they don’t speak English when you try to order. Then they talk about you behind your back in Spanish. Also how do you not understand strawberries and cream in English?

my kid asked for nachos without jalapeños and I repeated the order for her in case she didn’t hear my kid but they didn’t mentioned the cheese has jalapeño in it already.of course my kid didn’t like them so he grabbed a bag of chips, my husband paid and I was like why do we have to eat something that we didn’t ask for so I went back and asked them nicely to please change them for a cup of corn, since i wouldn’t eat them (I already got tostilocos for me), the girl made me pay the corn and said she will give me cash back, but since I paid with a card another lady didn’t let her and they went to get the girl in charge and told me she couldn’t do anything my money but make me nachos without the Jalapeno. I already spent 40 bucks and she was very rude when I told her to please seek for more help if she doesn’t know what to do when they make a mistake. I’m not coming back anyways food the served is way too overloaded, full of sauce that it’s almost impossible to close the to go boxes and honestly prices are high.

Overall I always have good customer service here, but today the girl who helped us was unprofessional. She was serious and clearly not in a good mood, she also seemed rushed. There was another lady there who seemed to be in a great mood and helping another group, maybe if she would of helped us it would be better. Sucks to visit a place you like and get negative behavior by the workers.

I hate the customer service here. They run you off with their glances as soon as you walk in the door. I have been here 3 times and all 3 have been a bad expirience. Tony’s bakery has way better service, the sam e antojitos and the food is great!

Both the Paletas and the service were really good. The guy behind the counter has a great attitude while explaining all of the different flavors to us. Both kids loved their Paletas.
