I came in for a mangonada, and not only did they mess it up, but the owner had the nerve to treat me like I was the problem for asking them to fix it. I pointed out they forgot the mango (kind of important, right?), and instead of remaking it correctly, the owner told the staff to just take off a scoop of strawberry ice cream to make room for the mango—so basically I paid for an XL mangonada and got a half-ass version instead.
The owner (in the picture) has a rude demeanor and made it clear she didn’t care about customer service at all. If you don’t know how to make your own product or treat your customers with respect, why are you running a business?
This experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—somewhere that actually values the people keeping their business alive.

This place is a hidden gem. They’ve got it all and then some. Fruit, elotes, paletas(popsicles), even funnel cake!! Everything is made fresh and delicious. You won’t be disappointed.

Food, snacks & service is great! Honestly, they just need better signage & curb appeal. I didn’t even know it was there, and I’ve been to physical therapy on the corner 2x a week for 6 months. I just discovered it was here because the physical therapist mentioned it. Had I known, or seen it all along, I would’ve been here 2x a week for the last 6 months lol. I’m sad I’ve missed out this whole time. If they get a new awning & lights in the windows, they’ll be set! I’m sure the locals know it’s there, but visitors to the area do not.

Very expensive,ppl owners have a horrible attitude,when you order they want you to vomit it all at the same time especially hard if you’ve never visited one of these places not friendly or patient with English speaking customers ..some smirk at you very uncomfortable..I actually live a block from there and drive all the way to stone park BIG difference

Great ice cream shop. Plenty of flavors of ice cream, yogurts, shakes and other specialties. Beyond friendly staff, during summer long lines but it goes quickly.
