I liked this establishment, however, I was disappointed by today’s experience. I ordered 2 fresas con crema and the server confirmed my order. She directed me to the cash register. As I made my way there, I glanced back and noticed her transferring an old fresas con crema from the refrigerator, without informing me or seeking my approval. It was evident that one cup was freshly made while the other contained leftovers from previous customer. The mixing of old and new granola made my dessert messy, leaving me uncertain about its freshness. Furthermore, the cashier kept the change due to lack of pennies, which added to my dissatisfaction with the service

Bad service I walked in a la lady was on a personal call putting gloves while handling her phone . This is so unsanitary. Was ther made eye contact and was not even acknowledged.

Horrible I paid $10.50 for a tostiloco and they gave me pure junk. Product was missing half of the ingredients and they gave me a small container. Nothing like they advertised in their photos. Looks like someone just threw up in the container.

Great place for natural icecream and snacks like nachos, elotes, sugar cane candy plus beverges. Large and clean interior space. With nice customer service yet it could improve by not having to ask for napkins or spoons.

I love enjoying some snacks and bringing the entire family to enjoy a good time and tasteful food and experience. This is the one and only location i was fully ignored. After we decided what we wanted after looking around while the lady was i. The phone and cutting cucumber, she went walking back and forth and never a glance to acknowledge there’s a family size party to make purchases. After i called the lady out loud a few times yo request service, my wife decided we needed to walk away from this establishment.
DO NOT RISK COMING HERE. no good service, not a good atmosphere. It’s very humid inside.
I will definitely reasure all my family and friends to avoid this location for good reason.

Really bad experience, They say the raspados are real fruit and it doesn’t. I got a pineapple one and it’s all artificial flavor with color and not even has fruit on it

Absolutely horrible customer service . It’s my first time at this location Monday around noon cashier absolutely worst service I ever had. I tried ordering a drink, again first time here I didn’t know the name so I described it to her. She continues to state I don’t know what you mean and served me slushy when I ask for a smoothie. When she brought out for me I explained to her that the drink I wanted was pink, the drink she brought out was red she continues to argue with me that that’s what I order. And states I was wrong and called me named infront of delivery guy and another paying customer. I continue to pay and told her she needed to improve her customer service and she replied I was “despota. I’m not sure how staff is trained but I felt attacked and Humiliated by staff member lacks good customer service.
