This makes me sad, I love Michoacana but this place has terrible workers with attitudes. I asked for tostilocos without cueritos and half valentina. Because i have children who dont eat chile. And she put cueros with lots of limon. Then she realizes she messed up and does it again. Which im like, its ok, we all mess up sometimes. Then she continues to make it again and she puts chamoy and all these other things and I told her, im sorry I only want the fruit and half of my tostilocos con valentina. She proceeds to tell me she is not going to make it again. Its not my fault she messed up. I just wanted tostilocos without cueros and half with valentina. Its that simple. The attitude was unnecessary.

I always order from here uber eats or we walk in, first and last time I bring them my loyal business weekly, i called back and mentioned that I was missing items I paid for from my uber eats order and asked the girl who took my call her name and she refused like its a bad thing, she said come pick them up and I was like well thats why i ordered and paid to have them delivered and her excuse was she had alot of people in line. As I keep opening the rest of my order I notice the tostilocos had almost the whole bottle of salsa, its for my child its not my first time ordering and its always delivered in seperate containers and requested. Literally bad customer service due to the way she answered me.

I asked the lady for fruits with tajin and lemon but the moment I saw their fruits I knew that the watermelon skin starts to decompose and watery and the mangoes just soggy and fizzy some of ‘em won’t taste good anymore. I felt bad to the lady because of the language barrier I don’t think she understood it but she just dump the whole thing and I’m like “eh” and bought it still. Sadly but I won’t be coming back.

The customer service is horrible. I’m not sure what prompted the attitude from the service workers. Older lady and one of the younger women were very rude, rolling their eyes and looking to each other while I ordered. It was a very bad experience for absolutely no reason. I finished my order, paid and won’t be returning here again.
