Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 8pm my family and I came in. We ordered a Esquite Con Hot Cheetos and I had thought that esquite came with cheese, so when I realized it didn’t have cheese I asked the lady working and she told me that the cheese is an additional charge. Esquite ALWAYS comes with cheese she should have told me since the beginning. I could not even enjoyed what I paid for. Terrible service.

Their ice creams are great but their apples are not. Their chamoy apples are old, soggy, and old again. They sell days old apples. To the owner(s), you have a good thing going but if your employees keep selling items that are days old, whether you promote that or they’re just lazy to put out fresh food out, you’re pockets are going to suffer the consequences. People will eventually get sick of being served antojitos that are not fresh. I’ve attached pictures.

I absolutely LOVE La Michoacana. They make all of their own popsicles, ice cream, agua fresca, sorbet, etc. It’s like everything you get is gonna be rich in flavor and quality for a great price. My best friend from kindergarten took me to the Euclid location and I fell in love. This particular location and review are just of my first visit here. There is an incredible array of flavors (at any location really) that puts BR31 to shame. I took my other best friend here. It was also her first time not just at this location but at ANY La Michoacana. She originally wasn’t going to get anything but when she walked in the door she said, “Okay. I think I have to get something.”
I told the woman who was serving when she asked if we knew what we wanted and I mentioned it was my friend’s first time so it might take a little while; this lady immediately started making recommendations of some of her favourites and some of the more popular flavours. both of us received several different samples, the server handing them to us rapid fire. It was a little overwhelming, just because everything was SO good and we had a hard time choosing. I ended up getting a double, with a scoop of Pingüinos ice cream and a scoop of Duvalín ice cream with chocolate sprinkles on top (I’m disabled and ice cream makes me happy so I’m not real focused on my figure right now . La Michoacana is my guilty pleasure). My friend got a scoop of Duvalín and she devoured it. She said, despite being on a stricter high protein diet regimen for dance, that she wished she got a double. If you like ice cream, agua frescas, fruits with creme or chamóy (or both), elote, etc., then this is THE place to go. Even if you haven’t ever tried any of the things here, it’s worth it to step out of your comfort zone and try something you normally would not.

Overpriced for low quality. I ordered an esquite and it was gross 🙁 taste like they use corn from the can /: (not fresh) almost $7 for a small esquite and I didn’t even enjoy it.

Love it! The ice cream is creamy and delicious. I love mango, lime, and pistachio- Of course, other flavors are good too. The portions are good. The staff is nice. However, it can get busy some times. Parking is reasonable.

White guy here: any kids will love the Ice cream Popsicles (milk popsicles), or the regular fruit and ice popsicles. Lots of flavor choices. $3.50 per popsicle. Many are fun, like oreos inside, or layered with chocolate, or whole fruit pieces.
Employees have been patient to point out flavors, if we weren’t sure what they were.

There’s a young girl who is so not ready to work anywhere at all. She’s shy and doesn’t want to talk to anybody, anything you ask her she tells the other people to help you. It also looks like as if the workers mistreat her for sure. Another worker saw me buy ice cream and so did the young girl but they still didn’t want to let me use the restroom, I told them “I bought ice cream two minutes ago” she rudely said “I know make it fast” SO RUDE. DO NOT COME HERE.She probably thought I was homeless.
