i love this place. From someone that is not Hispanic, these are very unique desserts. The menu is vast and the pricing is reasonable compare to other competitors. if you want a unique ice cream that is sweet, fruity, sour, and spicy, all flavors i love, then you have to come here.

I come here often and its always very good. The reason for the two star rating is solely because the employees at this location always seem to have attitudes and are very rude! Like will it kill you to smile?! Are even simply say “thank you” after I leave a very generous tip?? Also the music is often so loud that the employees can’t hear me speak and often get my order wrong. And I mean its like that EVERY SINGLE TIME. But overall good food just avoid this location and go to one of the other locations if you want a more friendly service.

I have been dying to try this place and boy is it worth the hype! I got a small mangonada and it was phenomenal! My fiancé got a bubble waffle with one scoop of cappuccino ice cream and one scoop of Ferrera Roché. That as well was delicious! This place has so many options! I cannot wait to go back! The staff was super friendly as well!

I love coming here with my nieces to have a yummy treat while we talk about school and life. The staff here is always friendly even when there’s a bit of a line. I come here frequently enough that they remember me which makes me feel valued as a customer. I’m never disappointed no matter what dessert I decide to get.

Great establishment! I thought they closed at 11 but they actually closed at 10. He still allowed me to make a purchase one hour after they closed! Food was good and customer service was good as well!

Ordered and paid online at 7:03pm Online eta 7:33pm got there at 7:30 guy said it’s not ready so of course no problem. They literally served everyone there while I waited. The employee I spoke to walked by me several times, never acknowledged me or my waiting . 30 minutes later Finally the guy speaks to another worker , she pulls my order out the freezer….. why did I wait if the order was already made. I never write reviews but I was so annoyed I wanted to ensure others know of my experience. Over priced poor customer service:(
