Delicious!! So awesome to see this place doing well and expanding beyond their food truck. I think two brothers own/run it, and they are hands-on and super friendly.
The food hall location has fajitas and amazing queso, which my daughters destroyed. It also has games and TVs to relax with.

My first time trying La Michoacana. I purchased a chicken burrito to go while at the restaurant.
To my surprise the burrito was half rice, barely any lettuce, with nonexistent pico and beans. I couldn’t taste the aioli. There was a small amount of cheese.
The flavor of the burrito is really good, but $15 for a rice burrito is not worth it. Instead I would try other menu items instead.

Besides it being FREEZING cold in this shared space, the food was DELICIOUS! My initial order was two tacos (chicken and shrimp) but ended up going back for three more tacos because they were SO GOOD unexpectedly.

We got birria tacos, seafood tacos, cheese quesadillas and chicken quesadillas…all were so delicious. Best tacos in the area!! I recommend. We will be back there again really soon.

I actually like this place a lot, but over the past couple of months I’ve noticed the quality decline a little bit, and was hoping they’d change course.
Every time I’ve ordered a birria burrito (or any birria) from this place, it always arrives without the consommé; truly heartbreaking and kind of a dealbreaker.
Secondly, they stopped serving their delicious caramel sauce with the churros! No it just comes without the dipping sauce.
Thirdly, they started putting chips with their burritos as a tiny side- which is good! Because they put the chips in the same packaging as the burrito though, its gets soggy by the time the food makes it way to you.
All of those things aside, this place is reliably a good spot.

I dined here with my family of 6; We ordered the steak quesadilla, steak taco, steak burrito, birria burrito, birria taco, nachos, and chips and salsa. Everything tasted astonishingly fresh with the perfect amount of flavor. The guacamole was A1. The salsas that accompany the tacos were great too. The birria and steak meat were tender to perfection. The most notable experience was the service. The owner, Antonio, really took care of my family and ensured that we had a memorable dining experience. I’m glad we stumbled upon this restaurant, tucked away in a food hall in the outskirts of DC. Will be sure to return.

I can honestly say these are the best tacos I have ever had! The flavor is so good especially the birria tacos!!! I also love the green spicy sauce they serve with the tacos. Great people, always giving me wonderful service. My tummy thanks them.
