I came by this location to get a duro and I had a very polite gentleman named Edgar take my order even though he doing something else. He stopped and quickly went behind the country and asked me “How may I help you?” I asked him about getting a duro and he did just that with exceptional customer service. Thank you Edgar.

Always a wonderful time at this location. The decoration is from their 20 year Anniversary that is very well deserved! I’ve been coming here as a kid and it’s crazy that they’re almost as old as I am. The ice cream is so creamy and just know that there’s a reason they have so many locations in Gainesville. Every Hispanic knows where the go to for ice cream is!! Prices may seem high but I promise every bite is well worth it.
What I will say is the parking is bad sometimes because of how busy they get. Doesn’t stop anyone from waiting though 😉

I would give anything to live next door to this place. Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. The staff was very helpful and they were willing to explain all the different options. Their fruit water was outstanding! I personally had the pina colada. I then got a mangonada. It is in one of the pictures below. It is truly amazing. They had so many different selections of ice cream and then also fresh fruit bars. You could spend weeks in here and not try everything. Prices are all very affordable as well.

I have been coming here since I was a little kid and this place is absolutely amazing and never fails to impress me! This place brings back my childhood memories! I definitely recommend the fresas con crema! This place is absolutely something you should check out! The staff is super helpful and quick with their customers.

I took my nephews to get ice cream. This was their favorite place their dad used to take them to. We stood in line for 10 minutes, another customer walked in, an employee walked straight past us to serve them. No one acknowledged us. I saw the other lady was finished serving her customers, so we walked over to her side of the counter. Instead of serving us, she walked to the opposite side and helped the customers at the end of the line. Several minutes later she came back over, I asked her if she could please help us next. She argued with me saying I moved from where I was standing. I told her I was coming to her side of the counter, but she argued that “I moved”.
Ingrid came out from the back and the rude female employee asked her to help us. She was actually super nice and helpful. The ONLY reason I give it 2 stars is because of how nice Ingrid was and our ice cream was delicious.
