A friend referred me to this place I tried the chicken fried rice which is one of my favorite dishes I got plenty of white meat chicken in the rice and it was topped off, filled the whole container I’d give this place six stars if I could. Also Tina is a real sweetheart! A week later I got chicken chow mein, and again it was packed in the container. Chicken fried rice twice and chicken chow mein once so far it is always been consistently great! I always tip her $3 to $5 dollars because of her generosity in filling the containers.

Okay Chinese-American takeout. They’ve been at this location for a long time so they’re doing things right. Being a heat-lamps place, he food tastes at its best between 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. If you go later you’re better off paying extra just go with a la carte cooked to order. Lady owner can come across as detached and rude at times, but she means well, just some cultural dissonance. I’m glad they were able to stay open through Covid.

I was initially hesitant to eat here based on the reviews and the look of the restaurant but I’m glad I tried it. I had the potato and orange chicken along with rice and chow mein. It was tasty, energizing and I had no stomach pain afterward. Portions were generous as well. The dining room needs cleaning attention, however. I recommend this place if you’re in the area and don’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a simple and filling meal.

I really wanted to like this place but I can’t lie and leave a dishonest review. Me and my husband were originally trying to go to the hawaiin Bbq place next door but they were closed so we came here right next door. I was thinking oh its in pasadena the reviews were decent but nooo. We shared a plate of rice, chow mein, orange chicken and pork. The food was soo dry and flavorless it tasted as if it was sitting out for awhile. We didn’t finish it all but as of after my stomache started hurting and I got sick. This is by far the worse Chinese food Ive ever had I will not be back again sorry.

Giving two stars because one I was hungry and two because I was able to eat, but unfortunately the food is not the greatest. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I ordered teriyaki, orange chicken and chow main. All three were chewy like if it was gum.

If i could give 0 stars I would give this place a 0. I found the place online like most people find things now of days. I am the type of guy that reads the reviews of a place before trying it and i sae it had cool reviews so i qent to try it. Because i like to taste and see things for myself and not just always go base of what other say. So i went the inside is cool and they had just opened up so i knew i would get some fresh food like i lkke it. The food looks good and it smells good but when you eat it it’s not. So i asked the lady wss it all fresh made today she said yes and i asked how was the orange chicken she said it was good so i got it because i love orange chicken. I get it to go then i get back to work to eat the food and the rice is dry and the chicken is hard as a rock. I wasn’t able to eat any of the food. Thia place should be shut down because there food is so nasty. It’s the wrose food i had.

This place should be shut down by the City. The chicken was old and well, fury. I tried the orange Chicken and it was like granite, and again, the chicken smelled funny.

We tried this food for the first time. It has to be the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Dried out bad tasting. It had been sitting around since lunch. We threw out the food after a few bites. My dog wouldn’t eat it. Don’t go here. I’m not exaggerating!!!

Such a great little hole in the wall, great service, been coming here for years and the food has been the same, the food is always fresh and they are VERY generous with their servings, one box can feed about 2 people! Highly recommend
