The story of La Marsa Mediterranean Cuisine began in 2006 when three friends—Adel, Fadhel, and Mo—came together with a shared vision: to bring healthy, delicious Mediterranean food to the Southeast Michigan community. Their commitment to offering authentic flavors in a welcoming atmosphere of Mediterranean hospitality has helped La Marsa grow into one of the most beloved local dining destinations. Today, La Marsa is proud to have expanded to 15 locations across Southeast Michigan, offering customers a wide range of fresh, flavorful Mediterranean dishes. From grilled kebabs and hummus to fresh salads and baklava, we serve meals made with the highest quality ingredients and a dedication to taste and authenticity.

I order so many times from LaMarsa West Bloomfield, I love it! I usually order on DoorDash but for New Years Eve I ordered on the phone to pick up later. I ordered the dinner for 6 combo which was insanely delicious! The woman I spoke to on the phone was so warm and friendly and when we picked up our food (in the terrible snow), walking in the restaurant with its cozy ambiance and fabulous aroma of delicious food, it was such a wonderful feeling! I saw our pita be packaged fresh from the oven. Our food was fresh and flavorful! It was a huge hit with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law! Can’t wait to eat the leftovers tonight!!

We ordered the chicken shawarma on hummus and falafel lunch meals. The food was fantastic and service was solid. They brought delicious toom (garlic spread) along with fresh baked pita to the table repeatedly. The chicken is very well seasoned and cooked. The falafel was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, especially for lunch!

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! When my DoorDash order got completely mixed up, the owner personally stepped in, and went absolutely above and beyond to help. And he was so kind and reassuring, telling me not to worry, and that he would take care of everything – and he truly did. And the food? Beyond delicious! Everyone was raving about it. Everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and absolutely fantastic. It’s clear they take real pride in both their service and their food. I highly recommend giving them your business.

This is a very good location amongst the La Marsa chain of restaurants. They offer really good Mediterranean food. They have complimentary pita bread with Garlic sauce. The service here is really good and the food portion sizes are perfect. The ambience and the seating can be a little better but you will not be disappointed with the food for sure.

However, my first basket of bread was very stale. I also noticed the host/manager? go up to the bread box and start handling the bread with his BARE hands…. The bathroom was also very dirty, so I’ll stick with going to another location next time. My server was great though, which is why I gave an extra star.

La Marsa in West Bloomfield is a must-visit for Mediterranean cuisine lovers! This is my favourite restaurant in the entire area, and my fanily comes here regularly. The grilled salmon was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful char on the outside and tender, flaky flesh on the inside. The river pilaf was flavorful and aromatic.
The chicken wings were a highlight – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a great balance of tangy and savory flavors. But the real star of the show was the lemon oregano chicken kebabs, which were infused with bright, citrusy flavors and a lovely char from the grill.
