My experience was good the food was really good. I do have a peanut allergy, they were good in making sure no nuts touch my food. My only issue was that I like my food well done, the chicken was just right but juicy.

Hummus was great, pita slightly overdone/tougher side. Pickles and turnips good but not as crisp pickled as prior (a bit soggy) older. Chicken Shawarma sandwich was great! Chicken Tawook was a little dry. Server was good, slightly behind in taking dirty plates, getting juices (we understand it does take time) but it was ordered from the time we sat down – 15-20 minutes… or longer. Keep striving – we have been coming for 20+ to La Marsa, know it can done be done better!

Update to previous review: We accepted the owners offer and gave them another try. It was absolutely amazing. The food and service was phenomenal. Was not even close to the same restaurant from 2/13:26. We appreciate the prompt attention and response to our complaints. Most definitely will be returning. Thank you George for handling this for us.
Save your time and your money. Terrible service. Went based off of reviews and they must not have came to this location. When we arrived there were only 2 tables that had customers and it took forever to get a waitress. Phone rang off of the hook the entire time we were there. Took 1 1/2 hours to get all the food that we ordered (Dinner for 4- $130.00). Half of our food was served cold and when we asked the waitress why she thought it was supposed to be cold. Could not get a drink refill and when we did finally get one it was not what we had already been drinking. Very disappointing. I messaged the restaurant directly regarding the terrible service and the other issues we had while we were there -zero response. Looks like they respond here all the time though- very weird. Tried to handle this privately but that didn’t work. Please don’t be fooled by these fake reviews like we did. Quality of food was not worth the money, the drive time to get there or the time it will take you to get everything you ordered. Waitress was dressed inappropriately and had long hair that was all over the place as she served food. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Owner is so kind. He’s like a dad to all his employees and it was really cute to see. Him telling them “you can do it” and running over when they asked for help. He was also very personable and chatty with us. It gave us the family feeling even tho it was our first time. I had the lamb and it was so juicy and flavorful. The fresh bread was still hot and soft. We loved everything about it ❤️

My siblings and cousins, some of whom hadn’t seen each other in close to 30 years, met at La Marsa for lunch. Pete did a great job serving us, the food was very good too. We spent close to 2 hours there, remembering the old stories and catching up on the new adventures between now and then, we’ll be back I’m sure.

Got the sampler platter, it’s a great way to try a little of everything. The grape leaves are amazing! Kabob chicken was juicy and tender, and the kafta is made with real lamb! *chef’s kiss!! If you like mediterranean food- give this place a try- it will not disappoint.

I ordered it through DoorDash, but the food was just absolutely perfect! They packaged everything so nicely! The fried kibbeh was so good, the garlic and hommous was so flavorful and fresh! 10/10 would recommend eating here!

I just have to share how amazing this restaurant is! I’ve been to plenty of Mediterranean spots, but this one was something truly special. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The Arabic music playing in the background added a unique touch, making the whole experience feel authentic and lively. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience that stood out from all the other places I’ve tried.
