La Marketa has THE BEST coffee in the entire county, and the most incredible PR + Cuban food and pastries. My favs are the vegan coquito latte, cafe con leche, + lentil pastelitos! They offer sandwiches and lunch specials every week, too.
The vibe is very chill with cozy furniture and lovely music! The owners are also really kind and welcoming!

I was very excited about a coffee shop coming to Cobleskill and La marketa did not disappoint. Coffee was great and I loved the decor inside. Server was very nice. Definitely worth checking out. They did have amazing looking pastries, but I didn’t get any due to a gluten allergy. Not sure if they have gluten free stuff, since I didn’t think to ask. Would recommend!
