Wow. Count me surprised. 23 years in Kansas and this place is a rare gem. Especially in a small town.
The shrimp soft tacos are coastal quality. Large, fresh, and the best part; the batter was light, not typical thick yuck (I normally don’t eat battered/fried). Very friendly staff. I look forward to my next visit to try other dishes. Good job!

This is a brand new restaurant with a very large selection of items to choose from. The bar is opening soon and will have a great selection of drinks to choose from. Breakfast is also served daily. The chips and salsa were delicious and meals were good as well. We plan to return soon to try a mixed drink and other items on the menu. The dining area is small but it is worth the wait. The menu is very extensive!

The server suggested the Mixta Tostada. Perfect for a hot day. It was like a cold, fresh, flavorful salad. Refreshing. Service was great, was checked on after we received our food and had had a chance to try our food. The tortilla chips were light and crispy. Delicious with a side of guacamole.

I had a filet prepared with garlic and it was tasty and well prepared. The owner is very sweet and making an effort. The concept takes me right back to the beach in Mexico, even if the fish cannot be fresh caught. My only quibble would be the music was a tad loud and the A/C was blasting on a cold day.

Tacos tierra y mar (surf & turf) were fantastic! Cooked and seasoned perfectly, with beans and rice at an amazing price. Salsa is very good & the chips are fresh and as good as they get. Neat little spot, I’ll be in again soon!

I ordered the carne asada con camarones. First the shrimp were under cooked and the carne asada was over cooked. I told the waitress I didn’t like any of it and she just took my plate. Didn’t ask what was wrong and didn’t even ask if I wanted to try something else. I would have given this zero stars but my son ordered the Pollo bandido and he said it tasted great. When I went to pay I asked if she was going to remove my order since I only took one bite out of each thing and her answer was no, we served you so you have to pay. Talk about bad customer service!! We’ll never be back!!

Extremely disappointed! We were seated, eventually got way over done chips and salsa. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come take our order but no one ever did. We finally just got up and went to another restaurant.

Wife and I just stopped in for the first time and we were definitely impressed. She had the whole diabla tilapia and I had the shrimp tacos and man was it great! The waitress was extremely nice and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back! 5 Stars

I visited on their second day of business. The service was friendly, and the food was good. They offer a large menu, and I’ll definitely be back to try more. The seating area is small, so expect a wait for a table. It filled up quickly while we were there.

Very good food and the price isn’t too bad. It is a small restaurant with one server, but friendly people. One of my new favorites!
