The fried zucchini sticks and regular slices were great.
I will definitely return but not for the upside down pie.
And to top it off, enjoying with great friends was the icing on the cake.

My son ordered a Penne Vodka Sauce ($19.95) w/grill chicken ($5.95)…$25.90. He could have had it Olive Garden and get garlic bread sticks, soup/salads at no extra charge. Just saying, diners can enjoy more at venues where they offer a little perks.
Overall, the foods are good and the tables arrangement is somewhat tight. They try to setup as many tables as they could in the main dining area and expanding into the annex room recently added.
We ordered an upside-down pie and a cheesesteak. After waiting an hour and a half, our order arrived cold, and instead of a pie we received a single upside-down slice that was mostly crust, along with the cheesesteak.
I called and explained that we ordered a pie, not a slice. The girl said the order showed a slice and asked if we wanted it remade. When I asked if it would take another hour and a half, she said “yeah, pretty much,” and clearly didn’t care.
I asked to speak to the owner, and the same girl came back on the phone. No apology, no effort to fix the situation.
It’s really disappointing because the food is usually great, but the front desk customer service is terrible. We won’t be ordering from here again.
I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup from this place, which is literally around the corner from my house. The app notified me that my food was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the girl at the register couldn’t find my order.
Long story short, they eventually found it—but only after I showed up, and then sent it to the kitchen to start making it. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that the order slipped through the cracks, and no basic customer service.
I ended up waiting over 45 minutes, while my wife and three kids (all under 4 years old) were at home waiting to eat. Of course I was annoyed, especially given the complete lack of communication or hospitality.
When the food was finally ready, the young guy working there practically threw the food at me. The entire experience showed a lack of maturity, lack of customer service, and zero hospitality.
Very disappointing experience.
