Simple food but very tasty. I was somewhat worried because they had a very slim selection of vegan friendly options, but they were happy to make the pesto pasta without meat for me. The accompanying bread was also very good. We enjoyed the tomato soup and chicken croissant and LOVED the key lime cheesecake. It really hit the spot. I also liked that they offered bread and jam as an appetizer. I was disappointed that they didn’t have reusable water cups, but will definitely come back.

I enjoyed my meal and the service was average. They have all day breakfast but I got the pasta Madeleine.

I’ve been going to La Madeleine for a good while – lately I’ve noticed the quality of service, food prep, cleanliness had been deteriorating. Its SO disappointing. I usually order soups or salads. The soup I had on my last visit was stone cold (I ordered the mushroom soup). Others at nearby tables had waited over 40 mins to receive their food. When they went to inquire – they had to wait while the manager was refunding money to others who were also tired of waiting. It was a horrible experience.

It’s not as cutesy and boutique-y as the others we’ve seen in Florida and elsewhere. We went in the afternoon. But it was relaxed and perfect for a quiet bite. Good Americano. Baguette was chewier than I’d like, outside not as crusty. They’d run out of silverware, specifically butter knives, but a server brought some freshly washed knives to our table. It has a nice fireplace that will be cozy in the winter.

My fav spot to eat in Tyson’s! Service is great, food is great! It’s always busy but fair enough.

After waiting 15 minutes in line, am now still waiting 50+ minutes for my food. The meals are delicious, but this place always seems to take too long to deliver the food. If this restaurant is corporate, the manager should increase the staff. If this is a franchise, regional office should consider their options. What a negative mark on the brand.

This La Madeleine is literally the worst one ever! Very bad customer service, and they stay messing up your order and not even apologetic about it. Waited for one hour with my friends and one of them didn’t get her food. When they finally brought something, it was wrong. She wanted something else and we waited again and still her food didn’t come. Finally, she demanded a refund and the manager was like oh it’s coming. Like what? We’ve waited for another 30 minutes for her food like horrible. She didn’t even say sorry or give her a free meal or something to compensate for their slow, lazy, rude service. Unbelievable.

Management needs a little help in hospitality at this location. After the receiving my food, I didn’t feel the appetite to eat it anymore. Tables have been left a mess for long periods of time making it difficult for other patrons to find available seating especially during peak times. Place felt like a major downgrade in comparison to all of the other locations I’ve been to within the DMV area. If you do decide to go here, it’s best to take your food to go and eat elsewhere.

Best time to come is right when they open. So open, beautiful, and calming.
