Visited Madeline and the space is very nice. We had a private room reserved for 10 people, and it was a bit warm and took around 15 minutes to get in. The food was good overall, and with a bit smoother service it could be an excellent experience

Tried the Summer Salad Sampler with a choice of three – it was light, fresh, and very refreshing. The French Onion Soup was just average, and the Signature Chicken didn’t stand out either. Also had the Classic Napoleon Cake, which was underwhelming. Overall, I feel the food quality has declined compared to previous visits.

La Madeleine has truly become one of my go-to spots, not necessarily for the food itself, but for the experience that comes with every visit. I will be honest, the food feels a little plain to me. It is quick and easy to grab when you need something, but it is not what keeps me coming back. What does keep me coming back is everything else.
The staff here are incredible. Every single person I have interacted with has been kind, warm, and genuinely sweet. They create such a welcoming atmosphere that you want to linger instead of just rushing in and out. I often come in for coffee and a sweet treat, and it is always a great experience. Their lattes are actually really delicious, and pairing one with a pastry makes for the perfect little break in my day.
Another thing I deeply appreciate is how this location shows compassion. There is a homeless gentleman who comes in quite often, and instead of being turned away or made uncomfortable, he is treated with respect. The staff know him, they allow him to sit, and they even know his personal order. Guests buy him food, and the team welcomes that with grace. That level of kindness means so much, and it says everything about the people who work here.
Even though La Madeleine is a corporation, this particular location feels personal and special because of the staff. They are the reason I will keep returning. To me, good experiences matter more than anything, and here, you will always get one.

I’m not a huge fan of this restaurant chain, although I have many friends and work coworkers who really enjoy these restaurants.
I find the flavors to be slightly above average. Not super delicious nor do I crave their food. However it is good.
I find the ambience to be clean and mostly locations just like this one was inside and out.
The parking lot is large and does share with retail stores and even a grocery store so it might be difficult to find a parking spot right in front of the restaurant.
the service for me is really at the cash register and that’s where you order, so that’s why I’m giving it an average three stars for services.
I’m not necessarily tell me about that. They have to go to this restaurant because it’s so great Norma discouraging anyone to go. I know I’ll probably be back because that’s a lot of times where we can meet people instead of going to like a Starbucks or another kind of restaurant so I guess it’s an overall inviting atmosphere. They do play French words in the bathrooms so that’s quite interesting.

I often forget how good la Madeleine’s can be. This particular location is one of the better ones. The restaurant always feels clean and well kept. Parking is never an issue. Usually always able to get a table without waiting. Friendly service. The food is always consistent and delicious!! I’ve been a long time fan of the French Dip and Chicken and Mushroom Friand. Who can resist the dessert counter here!?

In this location the food was not good since the tomatoes were rotten but the omelette was good. The problem was that the plates smelled really bad like if they were washed and they didn’t have forks available and the spoon smelled bad. Overall is a nice place but for the price of the food the least they could do is wash their dishes properly.
