What happened to this place? I ordered a salad. $12.88 before tax and I am astounded at how shallow the dish is and how meager the serving. Used to be a wonderful restaurant and clearly corporate greed had gotten its hooks in.

I just have to take the time and write this review ..I was so impressed today with one person in particular 5️⃣⭐(YOU KNOW I LIKE TO GIVE CREDIT WHEN IT IS DUE ) I did not get her name, but she was working the register (short slim black lady).. Actually she was multitasking she was working the register , going back and forth getting orders , and still doing orders , plus taking orders , BY HERSELF (it was busy it was lunch time February 3rd 2026).. I was really amazed by her attention to detail 5️⃣⭐ EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5️⃣⭐friendliness 5️⃣⭐, while keeping a smile on her face … She was going above and beyond .. I sincerely hope you all pay her well, or at least give her a bonus for as many things as she was doing by herself It is very hard to find a worker like that sometimes … Honestly from what I saw she is more like a ⭐ star worker… Once again I do apologize, because I did not get the young lady’s name, but I am sure you all know who I’m talking about….

Hey y’all, as a Google local guide I’d like to share my exp with this place. My wife and I went to this La Madeleine and we chose this place because of the location. I was wondering if we would be able to find parking and etc. They have an easy parking garage inside the building, or you can use valet. We ordered some paninis and soup with both were awesome. It’s a very pleasant environment, cool staff… and the area is super inviting for those looking for a more corporate option. There are many corporate buildings around and this is a great restaurant for lunch.

I ordered food from this location on the app and accidentally went to the wrong location. But the manager was really sweet about warming up my food, remade my breadsticks, and offered me a drink while I waited in store. . I was very pleased with the service and the food. I will be back to this location!

There is a reason this place is empty at prime lunch hour. The GM, San Paula or whatever, might be the worst manager of all time in my history of working in management in restaurants and apartment communities. I’ve truly never seen such a bad leader for a restaurant or for a team. Uptown retail space is not cheap and she will run it to the ground.

Great service and clean location conveniently located next to the park. The selection is limited here. It is more of a grab and go concept as opposite to the full blown restaurant. The food quality is what you expect from any la Madeleine location.
